- Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.
- Die S-Bahn-Station für die Linie S1 ist etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
- Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 3 Haltestellen entfernt (ca. 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn).
- Es gibt ein Pizzarestaurant und ein türkisches Restaurant nur 2 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
- Supermärkte sind leicht erreichbar: Aldi (700 Meter), Netto (800 Meter), Lidl (850 Meter). Es gibt auch eine Bäckerei etwa 450 Meter entfernt.

Wir werden neue Verträge für Strom und Internet abschließen, und ich glaube, dass der Preis etwas günstiger wird, bis zu etwa ~345 Euro.

The rent for the room will be approximately 355 euros, which includes everything and the radio tax as well.

We will arrange new contracts for electricity and internet, and I believe the price will become slightly cheaper, down to around ~345 euros.
