Dein Zimmer ist für Bochumer Verhältnisse unschlagbar günstig UND groß. Tatsächlich gibt es das wohl nur hier in Kombination.
Wunderschöner DIielenboden, 3m hohe Decken, eine ganze Etage nur für unsere WG.
Inklusive die schönste gestrichene Wand, die ich je gesehen habe (natürlich kannst du sie anders streichen bei Bedarf, würde mich aber stark überraschen).
In deinem Zimmer wird der Router stehen, also hast du auch die beste Internet-power! Diese Macht solltest du allerdings niemals als Druckmittel einsetzen :D
Ab 15h hast du die Sonne in deinem Zimmer und zusätzlich Rollos zum Verdunkeln.
Das Fenster geht zur Straße raus, die aber ab Abends nicht mehr stark befahren ist.

Your room is unbeatably cheap AND large by Bochum standards. In fact, there is probably only here in combination.
Beautiful DIelenboden, 3m high ceilings, a whole floor just for our WG.
Including the most beautiful painted wall I've ever seen (of course you can paint it differently if needed, but would greatly surprise me).
In your room will be the router, so you also have the best internet power! However, you should never use this power as leverage :D
From 15h you have the sun in your room and additionally roller blinds to darken.
The window faces the street, which is no longer heavily trafficked in the evening.

Langendreer mag erstmal weit ab vom Schuss klingen. Täuscht aber. Besonders von unserer Wohnung bist du super schnell überall und musst kein Planungs-Talent sein.
Die S-Bahn erreichst du in 3min, den Bus ebenfalls.
Zur Ruhr-Universität benötigst du entspannte 10 Minuten in einem leeren Bus.
Am Bochumer Hbf bist du in 4min.
Zum Hbf Dortmund 14 Minuten.
Zum Lidl brauchst du 1 Minute, der liegt direkt gegenüber. Alternativ sind auch Netto, Kiosk, Rossmann und Bank in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Der nächste Park und See in 10 Minuten.

Langendreer may sound far away from the action at first. But it's deceptive. Especially from our apartment you are super fast everywhere and do not have to be a planning talent.
You can reach the S-Bahn in 3 minutes, the bus as well.
To the Ruhr University you need a relaxed 10 minutes in an empty bus.
At the Bochum main station you are in 4min.
To the main station Dortmund 14 minutes.
To Lidl you need 1 minute, it is directly opposite. Alternatively, Netto, kiosk, Rossmann and bank are within 5 minutes walking distance.
The nearest park and lake in 10 minutes.
Du wirst in meinem Zimmer leben, weil ich für eine Weile zurück nach Leipzig gehe.
Da du in meinem möblierten Zimmer lebst wünsche ich mir von dir ordentlich und sauber zu sein.
In den Gemeinschaftsräumen setzen wir auf Eigenverantwortung. Es gibt keinen festen Putzplan.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Willi. Er jobbt derzeit in einem Lager und hat daher unregelmäßige Arbeitszeiten. Am besten sind die Schichten, die sich mit langem Ausschlafen verbinden lassen ;)
In der Freizeit stehen gern mal Konzerte auch unter der Woche auf dem Plan, Kunst & malen und Gaming. Abends kochen wir gerne mal gemeinsam und trinken auch mal ein Bier in der Wohnküche. Rauchen ist in der Wohnküche erlaubt und klappt auch gut mit regelmäßigem Lüften.

As you will be living in my furnished room, I expect you to be tidy and clean.
In the communal areas we rely on personal responsibility. There is no fixed cleaning schedule.
You'll be sharing the apartment with Willi. He is currently working in a warehouse and therefore has irregular working hours. The best shifts are those that can be combined with a long night's sleep ;)
In our free time, we like to go to concerts during the week, paint & do art and play games. In the evenings, we like to cook together and sometimes have a beer in the kitchen-living room. Smoking is allowed in the eat-in kitchen and works well with regular ventilation.
