after very good experience with the last renter I will continue to rent a part of my apartment. The room is about 13 square meters and has windows to the south. It is equipped with a 140x200 bed, a small wardrobe, a lamp, a TV and a comfortable armchair. If necessary, I can also organize a blanket and a pillow.
In addition to the room there is a home office that we would use together. There is a shelf, a table with chairs and a lot of sun through the Febster on the south side.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (with Slow Cooker, rice cooker, large fridge, fryer, dishwasher...), a bathroom with bathtub and window, a washing machine and a room on the attic for hanging clothes. There is also a private attic and a cellar room if additional storage space is required.
A little bit about me: I'm a semi-Argentine, semi-German doctoral student of neuroscience and I'm just about to complete my dissertation. Although in recent years I have appreciated the tranquility of living alone, I have many years of experience in housing communities and know what I like :)

It comes with a 140x200 bed, a shelf and a small closet, a small lamp, a nice chair and a TV. If there is need for it, I can organize a blanket and pillow.
In addition, we can share my home office room, which has a shelf, a table with chairs and lots of sunlight.
The flat has a fully stocked kitchen (including a slow cooker, rice cooker, large fridge, air fryer, dishwasher...), a bathroom with bathtub and window, a washing machine and a room in the attic to hang up clothes. Additionally, there is a private attic and basement room, if extra storage is needed.

nach sehr guter Erfahrung mit dem letzten Untermieter werde ich weiter einen Teil meiner Wohnung untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist etwa 13 Quadratmeter groß und hat Fenster nach Süden. Es ist mit einem 140x200 Bett, einem kleinen Schrank, einer Lampe, einem Fernsehr und einem bequemen Sessel ausgestattet. Wenn Bedarf besteht, kann ich auch eine Decke und ein Kissen organisieren.
Zusätzlich zum Zimmer gibt es ein Home office, das wir gemeinsam nutzen würden. Dort gibt es ein Regal, einen Tisch mit Stühlen und viel Sonne durch das Febster auf Südseite.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche (mit Slow Cooker, Reiskocher, großem Kühlschrank, Fritteuse, Spülmaschine...), ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Fenster, eine Waschmaschine und einen Raum auf dem Dachboden zum Aufhängen von Kleidung. Außerdem gibt es einen privaten Dachboden und einen Kellerraum, falls zusätzlicher Stauraum benötigt wird.
Ein bisschen über mich: Ich bin ein halb argentinischer, halb deutscher Doktorand der Neurowissenschaften und bin gerade dabei, meine Dissertation abzuschließen. Obwohl ich in den letzten Jahren die Ruhe des Alleinlebens zu schätzen gelernt habe, habe ich viele Jahre Erfahrung in Wohngemeinschaften und weiß, was ich daran mag :)

The apartment is located near the tram stop “Loki-Schmidt-Platz” in northern Dottendorfs. There are two tram lines leading to Bonn city centre. When you work on the Venusberg, there are a few bus lines within ~10 minutes walk, or you can take a forest path that takes about 25 minutes walk and is a beautiful morning walk. There is a rewe literally around the corner, and other shops can be reached in 10 minutes walk.

Wenn Du auf dem Venusberg arbeitest, gibt es ein paar Buslinien innerhalb von ~10 Minuten zu Fuß, oder du kannst einen Waldpfad nehmen, der etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuß dauert und ein schöner Morgenspaziergang ist. Es gibt einen Rewe buchstäblich um die Ecke, und weitere Läden sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wie bereits erwähnt, schließe ich gerade meinen PhD ab, was bedeutet, dass ich die meiste Zeit in meinem Büro sein werde. Ansonsten bin ich eine offene Person, quatsche gerne, mag Musik, Filme und Brettspiele und gehe ab und zu ins Fitnessstudio. Ich grille auch gerne (es gibt einen Elektrogrill auf dem Balkon), und versuche, regelmäßig zu kochen.
Ich suche jemanden, der kontaktfreudig und kommunikativ ist, jemand, der gerne etwas zusammen unternimmt, aber auch damit klarkommt, wenn jeder von uns sein eigenes Ding macht. Das heißt, eine gute Mischung aus Lebendigkeit und Gelassenheit. Da mir die Wohnung ans Herz gewachsen ist, ist es mir sehr wichtig, dass die Person aufmerksam und sauber ist. Ansonsten suche ich generell jemanden, der daran interessiert ist, eine WG so atmosphärisch und sympathisch wie möglich zu machen :)

As mentioned, I am now wrapping up my thesis, which means that I will be in my office most of the time. Apart from that, I am an open person, like to chat and get to know other people, enjoy music, movies, and board games and go to the gym every once in a while. I also like to BBQ (there is an electric grill on the balcony), and am trying to like regular cooking as well.
I am looking for someone sociable and communicate, someone who enjoys activities together, but who is also fine when each of us is doing their own thing. That is, a good mixture of liveliness and levelness. Since I've grown fond of the flat, it is very important to me that the person is cautious and clean. Apart from that, I am generally looking for someone who is interested in making a shared apartment as atmospheric and enjoyable as possible :)
