Hallo aus der Kölnstraße!
Das Zimmer ist 11qm groß und unmöbliert. Zur Zeit ist es noch mein Arbeitszimmer.

Bei einer Besichtigung wäre es super, wenn du bereits Schufa (request now) und die letzen drei Monatsgehälter dabei hättest - bei Interesse könnten die dann direkt abgegeben werden:)

Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Kölnstraße, zwischen den Haltestellen Rosental und Chlodwigplatz. Jeweils zwei Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Ebenso der Aldi und Rewe. Bis in die City braucht man mit Öffis ca. 10 Minuten.

Ich bin Alex (29) und lebe hier zusammen mit meiner Dackeldame Elsa. Wäre also wichtig, dass du nichts gegen Hunde hast. Allerdings wäre ein weiterer Hund wahrscheinlich zuviel in der Wohnung. Da lässt sich ggf. auch nochmal drüber sprechen.

Ich bin berufstätig und arbeite in Siegburg als Grafiker. Ich bin eher ruhiger Natur, aber bin Musiker und spiele u.a. Gitarre und höre auch gerne und viel Musik, also kann's auch mal was lauter werden, nehme aber natürlich Rücksicht!
