Hallo :) Wir (Franzi und Malin) sind vor ein paar Wochen in unsere neue WG eingezogen und suchen noch eine*n Mitbewohner*in für das dritte Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist ca 15 qm groß, unmöbliert und befindet sich im 3. Stock. Das Fenster geht nach Nord-Osten und auf die Straße raus. Die Fenster sind aber sehr gut schallisoliert. Innerhalb der Wohnung ist es aber relativ hellhörig. Es sind ein paar Flecken von gestopften Bohrlöchern an den Zimmerwänden, du kannst die Wände aber auch neu streichen.
Wir haben eine geräumige, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Induktionsherd und großem Tisch, der sich schnell zu unserem WG-Mittelpunkt entwickelt hat.
Die Wohnung geht über 2 Etagen. Zusätzlich zu dem Bad, dass auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, gibt es noch ein weiteres Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine im vierten Stock. Malins Zimmer hat einen Balkon, der auch mitbenutzt werden kann. Oben unterm Dach gibt es noch ein kleines Zimmer (den Raum der Wünsche ;)) den wir noch als Gemeinschafts-/Wohnzimmer einrichten möchten. Auch haben wir ein Kellerabteil für Stauraum und im 1. Stock befindet sich eine Fahrradterrasse. Das Fahrrad-Hochschleppen ist zwar etwas nervig, dafür ist das Fahrrad aber diebstahlsicher.
Da unser Einzug nicht lang her ist, ist die Deko in der Wohnung noch sehr rudimentär, wir arbeiten aber dran, es etwas wohnlicher zu machen :D

Hello :) We (Malin and Franzi) moved into our new shared flat a few weeks ago and are looking for a flatmate for the third room.
The room is about 15 square metres in size, unfurnished and is located on the 3rd floor. The window faces north-east and out onto the street. The windows are very well soundproofed. Inside the flat, however, it is relatively noisy. There are a few stains from plugged holes on the walls, but you can also repaint the walls.
We have a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, induction hob and large table, which quickly became the centre of our shared apartment.
The flat is spread over 2 floors. In addition to the bathroom shown in the photos, there is another bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine on the fourth floor. Malin's room has a balcony, which can also be shared. Upstairs under the roof there is another small room (the Room of Requirement ;)) which we would like to set up as a communal living room. We also have a cellar compartment for storage space and there is a bicycle terrace on the 1st floor. Lugging bikes up the stairs is a bit annoying, but the bike terrace is theft-proof.
As it hasn't been long since we moved in, the decoration in the flat is still very rudimentary, but we're working on making it a bit more cosy :D
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral direkt am Bonner Hofgarten, Marktplatz und wenige hundert Meter vom Rhein entfernt.
Die nächsten Bus- und U-Bahnhaltestellen sind jeweils in unter einer Minute zu erreichen, der Hbf ist 10min fußläufig, der Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz 5min und das Uni-Hauptgebäude unter 5min. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man innerhalb von 10min in Poppelsdorf oder anderen angrenzenden Stadtteilen.
Der nächste Supermarkt (REWE) ist 5min zu Fuß entfernt, jegliche weitere Geschäfte sind durch die Innenstadtlage in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

The flat is very centrally located directly on Bonn's Hofgarten, Marktplatz and just a few hundred metres from the Rhine.
The nearest bus and underground stops can be reached in less than a minute, the main railway station is a 10-minute walk, Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz is 5 minutes away and the main university building is less than 5 minutes away. You can reach Poppelsdorf or other neighbouring districts within 10 minutes by bike.
The nearest supermarket (REWE) is a 5-minute walk away, and any other shops can be reached in a few minutes thanks to the city centre location.
Ich, Franzi (sie/ihr), wohne in der oberen Etage. Ich schreibe gerade meine Bachelorarbeit in Informatik und werde auch meinen Master in Bonn machen. Nebenbei arbeite ich in der IT. Trotzdem verbringe ich nicht nur Zeit am Computer in dunklen Kellern, sondern treffe mich gerne mit Freund*innen, gehe wandern oder spiele Brettspiele. Außerdem gehe ich in unregelmäßigen Abständen Bouldern und habe vor ein paar Monaten mit Badminton angefangen. In den letzten Jahren habe ich viel Klimaaktivismus gemacht, aktuell bin ich in der Orga von einem Kulturzentrum aktiv.
Ich, Malin (sie/ihr), wohne auf deiner Etage. Ich befinde mich derzeit in meinem zweiten Bachelorstudium in Geographie, nachdem ich, vielleicht auch etwas sinnlos, VWL während Corona fertig studiert habe (Angst vor Studiumsabbruch lässt grüßen :D). Geographie liegt mir deutlich mehr und ich beschäftige mich auch in meiner Freizeit mit allen möglichen Themen von sozialen Ungerechtigkeiten über die Klimakrise bis hin zu (geo)politischen Konflikten. Dafür bin ich auch in mal mehr, mal weniger aktivistische Gruppen in Bonn unterwegs und arbeite bei den stadtstreifen. Ich bin ein sehr geselliger Mensch und so oft es geht draußen, gehe gern wandern und laufen und träume von ein paar mehr Parks in Bonn. Seit ca einem Jahr habe ich das Turnen wieder für mich entdeckt und versuche mich regelmäßig beim Unisport. Auch spiele ich gern Gitarre und singe ein bisschen vor mich hin.
Uns ist ein gutes Zusammenleben sehr wichtig, wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Da wir erst seit kurzem zusammen leben haben wir noch keine große WG-Routinen, aber wir kochen oft zusammen, quatschen viel und leben nicht nur nebeneinander her und wünschen uns, dass das zu dritt auch so ist :) Wir haben natürlich auch kein Problem damit, jeder Person ihren Freiraum zu geben.
Es muss nicht auf jedes Staubkorn geachtet werden, aber eine gewisse Grundordnung und Sauberkeit wäre uns in den Gemeinschaftsräumen schon wichtig ;)

I, Malin (she/her), live on your floor. I am currently in my second bachelor's degree in geography, after I finished studying economics during Corona, perhaps somewhat pointlessly (fear of dropping out :D). Geography is much more my thing and I also spend my free time dealing with all kinds of topics from social injustice to the climate crisis and (geo)political conflicts. To this end, I am also involved in some activist groups in Bonn and work for stadtstreifen. I'm a very sociable person and I like to be outdoors as often as possible, I go hiking and running and I dream of a few more parks in Bonn. I rediscovered gymnastics about a year ago and regularly try my hand at university sports. I also like to play the guitar and sing a bit to myself.
I, Franzi (she/her), live on the top floor. I'm currently writing my bachelor's thesis in computer science and will also be doing my master's in Bonn. I also work in IT. Nevertheless, I don't just spend time at the computer in dark basements, but also like to meet up with friends, go hiking or play board games. I also go bouldering at irregular intervals and took up badminton a few months ago. I've done a lot of climate activism in recent years and I'm currently volunteering at a cultural centre.
Living well together is very important to us. As we've only been living together for a short time, we don't have much of a shared flat routine yet, but we often cook together, chat a lot and don't just live next door to each other and we would like it to be the same for the three of us :) Of course, we also have no problem giving each person their own space.
We don't have to pay attention to every speck of dust, but a certain basic order and cleanliness would be important to us in the communal areas ;)
Da wir die Waschmaschine und die Küche Mitte Januar den Vormieter*innen abgekauft haben, würden wir (wenn möglich) einen Abschlag von 250€ haben wollen. Da der Dachstuhl der Wohnung in 2,5 Jahren saniert werden soll, müssen wir frühestens im September 2026 aus der Wohnung raus, je nachdem wie schnell der Vermieter mit der Planung vorankommt, aber auch erst später. Uns wird dann 6 Monate im Vorraus gekündigt.
Da das Zimmer jetzt schon frei ist, ist der Einzugstermin sowohl nach vorn als auch nach hinten flexibel.
Bitte bring auch das Wort "Schlumpf" in deiner Nachricht an uns unter (keine Sorge, muss nicht kreativ sein ;)) und erzähle ein bisschen über dich :)

As we bought the washing machine and kitchen from the previous tenants in mid-January, we would you to contribute €250 (if possible). As the roof truss of the flat is to be renovated in 2.5 years, we will have to leave the flat in September 2026 at the earliest, depending on how quickly the landlord makes progress with the planning. It could also be later. We will then be given a 6 months' notice.
As the room is already vacant, the move-in date is flexible.
