Das Zimmer ist 13 qm groß. Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau. Deshalb hat sie auch grroße Fenster und ist hell.Wir würden gerne einen Abschlag für die Küche haben, da sie nicht komplett mir gehört. Das können wir aber dann vor Ort besprechen.
Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe:
Edeka, OBI, McFit, die U-Bahn Haltestelle Bonn West 2 min fußläufig.
Alststadt, Hauptbahnhof, Friedensplatz und Uni 5-10 min mit dem Rad.
Du kannst Studentin oder Berufstätig sein. Ich bin relativ geräumig. Es gab bis jetzt auch nie Probleme wegen Putzen, da jeder bis jetzt seine Aufgaben selbstständig erledigt hat. Ruf an, falls die Anzeige dich anspricht.
Ihr braucht für die Wohnung eine Bürgschaft und eine Schufa (request now) - Auskunft des Bürgen.
