A cozy room for rent is available in a beautiful sunny apartment. The apartment has 2 living rooms, 1 big bathroom, 1 kitchen and a hallway followed by balcony. A small back garden is included with a small cabin to put the bike. Also there is the basement available if you want to put your stuff there. The room will be available for rent since my brother is leaving. Most of the furniture is included except for some personal stuff
Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich renoviert und ist daher in perfektem Zustand. Die Bushaltestelle ist 7 Minuten entfernt, wenn Sie den zentralen Bus nehmen oder 3 Minuten mit dem Bus auf der Südseite. Nach 2 Haltestellen ist der Bahnhof Gröpelingen mit Straßenbahnen und Bussen überall dort. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und schön, es gibt auch einen Park in 3 Minuten Entfernung

The apartment is recently renovated so its in perfect condition. The bust stop is 7 minutes away if you take the central bus or 3 minutes for the bus on the south side. After 2 stops the Gropelingen station is there with trams and buses connecting everywhere. The neighbourhood is very calm and beautiful there is a park 3 minutes away as well.
