Das Zimmer ist angenehm hell und zur ruhigen Straße hin gelegen. Vor den zwei Fenstern gibt es einen Balkon, bzw. Terrasse (Hochparterre-Wohnung). Hier ist es im Frühling und Sommer schön sonnig. Der Bodenbelag ist echtes Parkett.

Trotz der Lage mitten im Viertel ist der Gegend um die Sophienstraße sehr ruhig. Die Haltestelle Brunnenstraße ist Fuß ca. 3-4 Minuten entfernt. Ein Fahrrad lässt sich auf der Balkonterrasse abstellen; einen Fahrradkeller gibt es nicht. Zur Uni kommt man mit den Straßenbahnen (über Domsheide oder Hbf) in ca. 20 Minuten.

English: While located in the middle of the bustling 'Viertel' district, the neighborhood around the Sophienstrasse is pleasantly quiet almost all day. If you have a bicycle, there is room for it on the balcony/terrace. If you are a student, going back and forth to Bremen University, the trams will take you there in around 20 minutes via the stops ‘Domsheide’ or Central Station.
Mitbewohner Jonas ist 25 und studiert European Studies und Kunstgeschichte an der Uni Bremen. Er ist ein ruhiger, angenehmer Typ, der stets um gute Kommunikation bemüht ist. Ich selbst (31) ziehe zu meiner Freundin nach Hamburg. Wir suchen jemanden ab 25 Jahren mit WG-Erfahrung.

English: Aside from the room for rent and Jonas’ room, the apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher!) and a small bathroom. There is also a washing machine in the basement. Adjacent to the kitchen is another balcony/terrace with a nice, shaded place to sit during the summer.
