This apartment 80M² will be used most time only you(my renter ) alone,
I use only the part of kitchen from time to time.
Common using; equiped kitchen, shower, WC.
My sleeping room and office are in other etage.
3 young students and 1 youg professional person are living in the 3rd
and 4th floor of my house as colocating person(in German WG).
Es ist wie eine Haus WG, mit total 6 Person in 5 Etages.
All these 4 young people are very nice, friendly, cooperative and helpful.
You may use their common kitchen and dining room, bathroom in 3rd and 4th floor
additionaly for communication as you want.
Please introduce yourself in case you are interested, with some details about your person; smoking/nonsmoking, faculty/ branch of your study/job, wished renting period.
+ if possible, your hobbies and life tendence. Thank you!
It is very convinient with public transport( metro 1, 2, 5, 6 + some bus) and good for a student or a young professional with a very low renting price!!!
