Ab Mitte Juni wird dieses Zimmer in der Spremberger Straße frei. Es hat ein großes Fenster nach Osten, am Morgen ist das Zimmer sonnig und am Nachmittag besonders im Sommer nicht zu warm.

Das Zimmer wird nicht möbliert übergeben.

In den Mietkosten von 326 € sind schon alle Nebenkosten für Strom, Heizung und Internet drin.

This room on Spremberger Straße will be available from the beginning of June. It has a large window facing east, the room is sunny in the morning and not too warm in the afternoon, especially in summer.

The room will not be delivered furnished.

The rental cost of €326 includes all additional costs for electricity, heating and internet.

Die Lage ist super, die WG liegt direkt an der Spremberger Straße (Fußgängerzone/Einkaufstraße). Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses befindet sich das Blechen-Carree mitsamt Penny. Auch nachts ist die Versorgung dank dem Sprem Späti gesichert.
Von der Haustür sind es etwa 100 m bis zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Bis zu deinem Einzug sollten hier wieder die Linien 1, 3 und 4 fahren. Die BTU ist mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten entfernt oder in einer Viertelstunde zu Fuß erreichbar.

The location is great, the shared apartment is right on Spremberger Straße (pedestrian zone/shopping street). On the other side of the house is the sheet metal carree with the penny. The supply is also guaranteed at night thanks to the Sprem Späti.
It is about 100 m from the front door to the next tram stop. Lines 1, 3 and 4 should be running here again until you move in. The BTU is 5 minutes away by bike or a quarter of an hour away on foot.

Wir sind Dominik (23) und Tobi (27), zwei Masterstudenten der Stadtplanung, die einen Nachmieter / eine Nachmieterin für unser freies Zimmer suchen.
Wir würden uns als sehr entspannte und weltoffene Menschen bezeichnen, die gerne Sport machen und schauen und mit anderen WGs aus der Nähe feiern gehen.
Wünschen tun wir uns jemand, der Interesse an einem aktiven WG Leben zeigt :)
