Hello,
We are Dennis, Jan, Philip and Jonas and we are looking for a new tenant for newly vacant room. The room is on the first floor of a beautiful new apartment with very good facilities.
The ~15m2 room has two windows with electric shutters. The apartment has two bathrooms with showers, so there are no traffic jams into the bathroom. The modern kitchen has two big fridges and a dishwasher. A small laundry room with a washing machine and drier is located next to the kitchen.
You definitely won't get cold, underfloor heating powered by geothermal energy is installed in all rooms. During summer the apartment doesn't get hot.
I have bought a huge wardrobe into the room, and I want to sell it. The new tenant is required to buy it. It is extremely convinient cause you can basically fit all your belonings to it. I'm asking 300 € for the closet.
Our shared apartment is located between Darmstadt and Arheilgen in a quiet residential area. There is a small bicycle parking space in the garden (without roof).
• The walk to Merck is approx. 20 minutes
• Arheilgen Maulbeerallee or Kranichstein Borsdorffstraße tram stop about 15 minutes walk away
• Arheilger train station with connections to Frankfurt and Darmstadt by bus 15 minutes away
• Kranichstein train station with connections to Mainz and Darmstadt about 10 minutes away on foot
• Nordbahnhof with connections to Mainz/Wiesbaden/Darmstadt Hbf and the Lichtwiese campus can be reached in 10 minutes by bike
• City center (including Campus Stadtmitte TU) 20 minutes by bike
It is also important for those of you who drive: there is always a parking space in the immediate vicinity.
Currently there are four persons living in the apartment. We don't get together that often because of our different daily rhythms. There is definetly space and quiet. However, we would like to meet more often and also go out to eat together. There was already a board game evening and dinner together. However, we often chat in the evenings.
Also relevant for you: what's particularly cool is that each roommate signs their own contract with the landlord. The rent is 500€, electricity approximately 40€ and internet 10€ per month.
A SCHUFA (request now) document isn't required, but you have to have a proof of income or a guarantee from your parents for example. We look forward to your inquiry - please introduce yourself briefly and describe your idea of a good shared apartment life. After you have convinced us, we will of course be happy to show you the apartment.
