ich suche eine Nachmieterin für mein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Balkon, direkt in der Innenstadt, gg Staatstheater.
Leider, leider muss ich Darmstadt wegen Studium verlassen und somit auch mein Zimmer.
Gesucht wird ein Mädel, da die Jungs schon zu zweit sind.
Das Zimmer ist echt riesig und die Wohnung im gesammten auch.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Spülmachine und sogar einen Kaffeevollautomat.
Dein Fahrrad hat hinten im Hof auch einen sicheren Platz.
Ein Kellerraum ist auch vorhanden.
Das Haus und auch das Zimmer sind nicht hellhörig-du hast also immer deine Ruhe, wenn du sie willst.
In die Fussgängerzone sind es 2 min und zum Luisenplatz (Hauptverkehrsumschlagsplatz) 3 min :)
Ich gebe mein Zimmer sehr ungern auf und würde es so gerne mitnehmen. Ich hoffe du fühlst dich hier genauso wohl wie ich.
