Hallo lieber Erdling, schön dass du hier bist!
Ich muss mich mit schweren Herzens von meinem schönen Zimmer verabschieden. :(
Über die Wohnung und das Zimmer:
In der WG gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer(mit einem bescheidenen Fernseher!), zwei Badezimmer sowie eine gut ausgestattete Küche(Ofen, Herd, Spülmaschine Kühlschrank).
Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine im 4 OG. Durch 2 große Fenster fällt tagsüber viel Licht herein und du kannst den Ausblick vom Park genießen.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 16m^2 groß. Es wird möbliert übergeben und bietet auch was du benötigst. Das heißt ein Bett mit Matratze, ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Rollstuhl.

About our WG and the room itself:
You're going to have a spacious living room and you can watch your favourite shows and gigs on TV! There are two bathrooms which come in handy when you're in a hurry. The kitchen offers you everything you need to avoid MacDonald's and cook something healthy. There's a washing machine at home that makes life much easier. Your future room is going to be 16m^2 so it is pretty roomy and it comes furnished. The view is incredible in spring and summer!
Die Lage der WG ist perfekt gelegen in der Innenstadt. Im Umkreis ist alles gegeben was man benötigt. Fußläufig erreichst du in kürzester Zeit alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Rewe Basecamp, Apotheke, Restaurants, etc.) sowie etwa 10 min den Dortmund Hbf. Die U-Bahn(U42&46) liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe unserer WG!(weniger als 1 min).
The location couldn't get any better and I mean it :)
You can reach public transportation within 1 minute and city center in about three minutes. You can easily walk to main train station it only takes like 10 minutes or sth.
Long story short you can reach anything you want by foot!
Uns ist sehr wichtig, ein aktives und freundliches WG-Leben miteinander zu führen. Du kannst dich auf sehr offene und lustige Gespräche über alle möglichen Dinge freuen. Natürlich respektieren wir aber auch Privatsphäre und jeder kann sich zurück ziehen :)
Es gibt einige Dinge die ich selbst für das Zimmer gekauft habe aber bin ich mir der Zeit nicht sicher, ob ich die bleiben lasse.(Dafür ist ein Abschlag in Höhe von 90~100 ist zu rechnen)

I'm not totally sure now, but there is some stuff that I'm going to leave in my room because my future room is going to be smaller than this one. If that'd be the case, then I'm going to ask you 90 or 100 euros :)
