In unserer schönen WG in der dresdner Neustadt werden 2 Zimmer frei. Das erste bereits ab sofort und das zweite zum 1. Juni. Das kleine Zimmer hat 12 Quadratmeter und das größere etwa 18. Beide haben eine hohe Decke und ein eingebautes Hochbett, was übernommen werden muss.
Da sie zum Innenhof ausgerichtet sind, sind sie sehr ruhig.
das kleine Zimmer kostet 200€ warm und das größere 220€.

Since two people are moving out, we‘re looking for new people to move into this beautiful flatshare. The first room is 12 sqm in size and the other one about 18. they have high ceilings and are equipped with a large bunk-bed which are installed permanentely. As the room is oriented away from the street towards the yard, it is pretty quiet.
the rent for the small room is 200€ and the bigger one 220€ including additional costs.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Äußeren Dresdner Neustadt in der Nähe der Kreuzung Bautzner/Rothenburgerstraße. Die Haltestelle der Straßenbahnen ist direkt vor der Tür. Der Neustädter Bahnhof ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsgelegenheiten und Cafes sind hier überall schnell zu finden. Das Kleine Haus des Theaters ist ebenso wie das kleine Kino Thalia in der Nähe. Kulturell ist das Angebot hier groß. Auch im Grünen ist man schnell: Die Elbe in fünf Minuten. Hier lässt sich gut laufen und spazieren. Zur Dresdner Heide sind es ca. zehn Minuten. In weiter gefasster Nähe befindet sich die Sächsische Schweiz für Wanderer und Kletterer ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel.
The flat is located in outer Neustadt close to the crossroad Bautzner/Rothenburger. The tram station is just in front of the building. You can reach the train station by foot in 15 minutes. Groceries, Cafés are easy to find. The theater and a smaller cinema is also close.
The way into the green is also short. The Elbe in five minutes. It is nice to walk or go for a run there. The Heide in about 10 minutes.
Further away you can explore 'Sächsische Schweiz' - a paradise for hikers and (adventurous) climbers.
Wir sind sieben Menschen in unterschiedlichen Phasen unseres Lebens. Unsere Interessen sind vielfältig. Musik, Tanzen, Kampfsport, Kunst, Theater, Klettern und Bouldern, Akrobatik, Politisches Engagement, Automechanik, Radfahren. Wir sind alle unterschiedlich und findens auch schön wenn das so bleibt. Das Zusammenleben gestaltet sich dabei spontan und nach Kapazitäten der einzelnen Personen.
Unser Ziel ist, eine familiäre wohlfühl-Atmosphäre aufrecht zu erhalten, in der wir offen und ehrlich miteinander sprechen können, um immer wieder einen gemeinsamen Konsens zu finden.
Wir möchten aufmerksam hinsichtlich diskriminierender gesellschaftlicher Strukturen und Denkweisen leben. Vielfalt und Toleranz liegt uns am Herzen.
We are seven people in different phases of our lives. Our interests span a wide variety: music, dancing, sports, baking,art, theater, climbing, acrobatics, political engagement, car mechanics, cycling.... We are all diferent and like it that way.
The collective living is spontaneous based on the capacity of each one.
Our aim is to maintain a familiar, feel-good atmosphere in which we can talk openly and honestly with each other in order to find a common consensus time and again.
We want to live aware of disciminative structures and thinking. Diveristy and tolerance is important for us.
Nachhaltigkeit ist uns wichtig. Wir haben eine geteilte Mitgliedschaft in der VG / Verbrauchergemeinschaft - ein Netzwerk für biologische Lebensmittel aus der Region mit BioLäden, bekommen Essen vom Foodsharing sowie einer solidarischen Landwirtschaft. Wir würden uns freuen wenn du dich daran beteiligen willst. Das ist aber kein Muss.

Sustainability is important to us. We are all vegetarian/vegan and do also share a membership in Verbrauchergemeinschaft (VG) - a network of organic groceries, get food from foodsharing and a community supported agriculture. We would welcome when you like to join in but it is not a must.
