Das Zimmer ist ca.17m² hat aber sehr viel Sitz und Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten da es ein schönes Holzhochbett besitzt. Außerdem ist es sehr ruhig gelegen und auch sehr warm wenn man die Heizung auf 1-2 dreht.
Die Wohnung und dein Zimmer sind natürlich vollkommen möbliert und darfst auch alles mit benutzen.
Die Wohnung ist ansonsten sehr groß mit über 95 m² und zudem auch noch 3,4 m hoch. Es gibt einen weitläufigen Flur eine hübsche Küche, einen großen Balkon zum Hinterhof raus (kann zum rauchen genutzt werden) und zwei Bäder (eins davon ist sehr groß und hat eine Badewanne/ Dusche).
Your room is about 17m² big and comes fully furnished with a loft bed.The room is really warm and cosy as you can see in the pictures. The whole appartement is fully furnished with everything you need.
At all the size of the flat is 95m² with high walls, a balkony to the backyard where you can smoke if you want. We have two bathrooms and a big kitchen.
Die Lage könnte vermutlich kaum besser sein. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt im Hinterhof der Förstereistraße welche für die Neustadt eine sehr ruhige Gegend ist. Allerdings ist es auch nur eine Parallelstraße entfernt vom Leben in der Alaunstraße und dem Bischofsweg. Alle Verkehrsmittel (Tram, S-Bahn) sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen genauso auch jede Menge Restaurants, Rewe und Netto.
The location is in the heart of the Neustadt which is very awesome. You can experience a lot of different and cheap restaurants, bars and the Lidl and Rewe are in 5 minutes distance as well. You can reach the tram 7 and 8 or the S-Bahn in 5 minutes too.
In der WG wohnen Überlebenskünstler Conrad (27) der sich für eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker beworben hat und ansonsten am City Beach arbeitet (Teilzeit) aber auch seine Freizeit im Sommer sehr zu genießen weiß. Er ist eher ein Spätaufsteher und immer gerne am Wochenende bis in die Morgenstunden zu elektronischen Klängen tanzen. Im Alttag ist er aber eher ein ruhiger Typ, der sich sehr im physikalischen/naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich belesen hat. Der zweite Mietbewohner ist Max der jetzt erst frisch eingezogen ist. Er promoviert als Biologe im Bereich Krebsforschung. Hat dadurch ein mehr oder weniger geregelten Alltag der morgens gegen 8 Uhr startet und Abends gegen 7 Uhr endet. Max hört gerne Musik und hat eine kleine Plattensammlung. Beide Mitbewohner sind für ein Bier auf dem Balkon gelegentlich zu haben und freuen sich über ein kleines Pläuschchen. Aber die Privatsphäre eines jedem Individuums in der WG wird natürlich geachtet.
You will live together with Conrad(27) who applied for a training in the IT section. But right now he works at the "City Beach" part time. He likes to enjoy his free time especially in summer. On the weekends Conrad loves to stay the whole night/morning for clubbing in the Neustadt. But usally he is a very quiet and nice guy with a high interest in physics and other science. Max is doing his Ph.D. in Biology and tries to find out some new things about cancer. He has a kind structured life which starts around 8 am and ends around 7 pm. But both flat mates like to have a beer on the balkony from time to time or go out together. On the other hand they respect your privacy.
Die Wohnung wird zur Zwischenmiete für 2,5 Monat2 frei vom 13.08-30.10 frei. Allerdings kann das Datum auch wenn nötig nach vorne verschoben werden. Der Preis liegt pro Monat bei 300 € inklusive aller Nebenkosten und als Kaution würde ich gerne 150 € haben. Falls du dich interessierst, schreib mir doch bitte kurz was du so machst und ein paar Sätze über dich.

I want to rend my room for the 2,5 months from 13.08 to 30.10. But the date is flexible. The monthly rate is 300 €. The date is a bit flexible but not that much. I want to have a deposite of 150 € but you will get that back at the end of your stay. If you are interested in a stay give please some information about yourself.
