Wir suchen für diese schönen Zimmer Nachmieter*innen.
Die Zimmer werden leer übergeben.
Ein Zimmer ist 18qm, das andere ist 16qm, sind beide aber (außer der Größe) identisch geschnitten.
Auch wenn das Haus direkt an der Hansastraße liegt, geht es mit der Lautstärke voll klar, weil die Wohnung sich zur Nebenstraße heraus befindet.
Du kannst dich zum einkaufen zwischen zwei Lidls entscheiden. Gleich um die Ecke ist auch ein Späti. Zur Bahnhaltestelle brauchst du nur maximal 3 Min. - um in die Uni zu kommen ist das auch optimal, weil hier die Linie 3 fährt, die dich direkt zum Campus der TU oder sonst überall hinbringt. (Wird zurzeit aber gebaut)
Außerdem ist die Flixbus Haltestelle und der Bahnhof Neustadt auch so 8/10 min. entfernt.
Euer Mitbewohner wäre Antal, welcher sich gerade in der Kochausbildung befindet.
