17,5qm und Balkon auf der Jordanstraße
Hallo Leute, auch bei uns wird ein Zimmer frei! Insgesamt sind wir zu dritt. Mali und Marvin belegen die beiden anderen Zimmer. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer umfasst 17,5qm und es schließt ein Balkon an. Es liegt auf der Nordseite und bleibt somit auch im Sommer schön kühl. Es geht auch zum Hinterhof raus und ist somit recht ruhig.
Für den weißen Schreibtisch steht übrigens das Angebot, ihn für 50 Euro zu übernehmen. Das Rollo und den Vorhang gibt's kostenlos zum Zimmer. :)
Ganz wichtig noch: Der Einzug ist ab 15.10. ganz sicher möglich. Aber es kann sein, dass das Zimmer schon früher frei wird (ab frühestens 1.10.) Das hängt noch davon ab, wie sich der Umzug deiner Vormieterin gestaltet.

Hey peeps! One of our rooms will be available for rent! With you we are 3 awsome persons in the flat. There are also Mali and Marvin.
Your room is 17,5 square meters and contains the door to our balcony. It is on the noth side of the house, so the rooms keeps a cool in summer, while its window and balcony door are facing to the back yard. This way you wont get troubled by Neustadt street noise.
The white desk - as seen in the picture - is available to buy for 50 euros. The roller blind and the curtain are for free. :)
Very important: the room might be free earlier then 15th of october. It depends on when exacly the previous tenant can move. But it wont be before the 1.10. for sure, latest 15.10.!

Wir wohnen sehr zentral in der Neustadt, du musst nur die Straße runterlaufen und steht schon mitten im Szeneviertel. Die S-Bahn- und Tram-Anbindungen sind auch sehr gut gelegen. Falls du studierst, brauchst du zur TU mit dem Fahrrad ca. 20-25Min, also ein perfekter Weg um nach einem vollen Tag den Kopf wieder freizubekommen. Auch Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten gibt es zahlreiche. Das Viertel lebt von den vielen schönen, unterschiedlichen Restaurants, Bistros, Kneipen und Bars, aber auch wenn du selber gern kochst wirst du schnell fündig. In Laufnähe liegen zwei Nettos, zwei Rewe, ein Edeka und ein Aldi.
Wenn dir mal all der Trubel zu viel wird sind auch der Alaunpark und der Prießnitzgrund nicht weit und bieten viel Entspannungspotential.

We live quite in the middle of the town in the district "Neustadt". There are many bars, restaurants, little shops and party locations right around the corner. As well as the park "Alaunpark" and the forest "Dresdner Heide". the Neustadt is known to be a place of colors, young folks and families, vreativity and big parts of the youth scene.
From our flat it takes 5 minutes to the next tram stop and supermarkets (Rewe or Netto are closest) if you like to cook yourself. In 12 minutes you reach the next big train station "Bahnhof Neustadt" and by bike it takes about 20-25 minutes to get to the university. So if you study its the perfect amount of time to clear the head after a long and exhausting day!
Die WG ist sehr offen und feministisch eingestellt. Wir würden eine FLINTA-Person bevorzugen, aber wenn du denkst, dass du gut zu uns passt, dann schreib uns bitte :). Bisher haben wir einen Großteil der Lebensmittel geteilt und einen Putzplan gibt es auch.
Mali fängt diesen September ein Studium für Soziale Arbeit an, hat zwar immer viel um die Ohren, aber nimmt sich gern Zeit zum Reden. Marvin ist gerade mitten im Referendariat. Er spielt Schlagzeug (keine Sorge, E-Variante. Das bekommt man kaum mit) und man kann gut mit ihm über Filme und weirde Bücher quatschen.

Until now we shared most of our food and supplies. Some houshold chores are organized to be done every week in a rotation system, so basic hygene is taken care for.
About us: Mali begins to study for social works in september. She seems busy most of the time, but likes to free some time to talk and sit in the kitchen togehter, have tea/cake or do something togheter every once in a while. Marvin is in teacher training and goes to school from mondeay to friday. ;) He plays the drums, but no worries - its e-drums, so you nearly cant hear him play at all. Hes the perfekt guy to talk about movies and weird books!
Die Warmmiete monatlich beträgt momentan mit Internetvertrag 321,60 Euro. Dazu kommen alle 3 Monate 18,36 Euro Rundfunkbeitrag.
Unsere Wohnhausgemeinschaft ist außerdem auch ziemlich nett und hilfsbereit! Es gibt einen Hinterhof, in dem Lagerfeuer gemacht werden kann, Feuerschale und Holz wird geteilt. Außerdem gibt es knappe Fahrradstellplätze (Im Keller ist auch noch Platz), ein paar Tomaten und Co werden gepflegt und Wäsche kann natürlich auch aufgehangen werden.
Wie sehr du dich in gemeinsamen Projekten oder geselligen Quatschrunden einbringen willst, ist natürlich dir überlassen. Wir sind selbst nicht so oft am Start. In einer Telegramgruppe wird sich viel ausgetauscht, sodass eins auch unkompliziert mal nach einem fehlenden Lebensmittel oder ähnlichem fragen kann.

Englisch version:
The monthly rent is 321,60 EUR with energy, water, etc and WiFi. Every 3 months you have to pay additional 18,36 EUR broadcasting fees. (I dont know if this is a typical german thing, but we basically pay for news content for public television, radio and online magazines).
On top of Marvin and Mali beeing super nice roomies the neighbors are very cool too! Most of them use a telegram chat group, where you can ask for any kind of help.
We have a backyard, where you can hang laundry, park your bike and use a little fire place. Tehre is also additional space for bike parking in the basement - a room thats locked, if your worried about your bike.
