Unsere Altbau-Wohnung hat fast 4 Meter hohe Decken, ist ca. 105 qm groß und befindet sich im 4. Stock.
Sie liegt direkt an der belebten Ecke Bautzner - Rothenburger Strasse in der Neustadt, mit kurzem Weg in alle Richtungen (Elbe, Lousienstrasse, Alaunpark).
Das Zimmer, in dem du wohnen wirst ist ca 20 m² groß, hat Holzdielenboden und zwei große Fenster, wodurch der Raum schön hell ist.
Vor der Zimmertür liegt ein großer gemeinsamer Flur in dem es momentan eine Sitzecke mit Sofa gibt. Außerdem haben wir eine gemütliche Küche, die mit allen Dingen die eine WG braucht ausgestattet ist.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkons, einer nach Norden, einer nach Süden, die zwar an die anderen zwei Zimmer angeschlossen sind aber die du natürlich auch mitnutzen kannst.
Außerdem gibt es noch einen romantisch-verwunschenen Garten im Hinterhof, der viel Platz für Lagerfeuerabende und Gärtnereiexperimente bietet und um den wir uns gemeinsam mit unserer netten Hausgemeinschaft kümmern.
In den Nebenkosten sind schon Internet, Gez, Mieterverein usw. mit eingerechnet, sodass in den 360€ wirklich alles drin ist was die Kosten zum wohnen betrifft.
Das Zimmer ist jetzt auch schon frei, insofern wäre 1. April ein Einzug möglich.
Our apartment has almost 4 meter high ceilings and spans approximately 105 square meters on the 4th floor of the building. It is located directly at the lively corner of Bautzner-Rothenburger Strasse in the Neustadt, with a short walk in all directions (Elbe, Lousienstrasse, Alaunpark). The room where you will live is about 20 square meters, has wooden floorboards and two large windows that fill the space with natural light.
A spacious communal hallway, complete with a sofa, precedes the bedroom door. Our cozy kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessities for a shared living arrangement. The apartment has two balconies—one facing north and the other facing south—linked to the other two rooms but available for your use as well. Additionally, a charming and enchanting garden in the courtyard provides ample space for bonfire evenings and gardening experiments. We collectively tend to this garden as part of our friendly house community.
The room is already available and first of April is a possible date to move in.
Du wohnst in einer 3er-WG zusammen mit Phillip und Mareike.
Wir sind beide relativ aktive Menschen, die zwar gerne ihren eigenen Stuff machen, in Bewegung und unterwegs sind, sich jedoch auch immer wieder sehr aufs nach Hause kommen freuen.
Wir sind an einem gemeinschaftlichen, offenen und solidarischen Miteinander interessiert in dem unser Zusammenleben völlig ungezwungen funktioniert. Unsere Wohnung soll ein Ort sein an dem sich alle wohl fühlen und in dem wir Entscheidungen im Konsens treffen.
Uns ist wichtig, dass die anfallende Repro Arbeit (putzen, aufräumen, einkaufen etc.) selbstverständlich zwischen allen Mitbewohnenden aufgeteilt wird und alle ein offenes Auge haben was zu tun ist.
Wir teilen Gegenstände, Lebensmittel und Zeit in dem Rahmen wie es grade passt und sich gut anfühlt.
Wenn du eine ähnliche Vorstellung von Zusammenleben hast und dich unsere WG anspricht freuen wir uns von dir zu hören. Gerne mehr als nur ein 3-Zeiler.
Da das Zimmer gerade schon leer steht wünschen wir uns sehr bald eine neue Mitbewohner*in. Schreibt uns gerne dazu ab wann ihr euch vorstellen könntet umzuziehen :)
You will live in a 3 person shared flat together with Phillip and Mareike. Both are relatively active people who like to do their own thing, but also always look forward to coming home.
We are interested to live together in a solidarity-based, communal and open way. It is important to us that our apartment is a place where everyone feels comfortable and that we make decisions by consensus. We would be happy if you also have the desire to share things and time together within the framework that fits and feels good.
