Die Wohnung würde komplett möbliert zur Verfügung stehen. Alle Möbel, die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind (abgesehen vom Sofa), einschließlich des Bettes, der Schränke, des Kleiderschranks, der Vorhänge und anderer, sind im Zimmer vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen großen Kühlschrank auf dem Flur, der nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Das Zimmer hat ein Fenster zur Straße hin. Leider gibt es in der Wohnung keine Waschmaschine. Allerdings gibt es in der gleichen Straße einen Wäscheladen, der an allen Tagen geöffnet ist und genutzt werden kann. Es kann in einer Minute zu Fuß erreicht werden. Außerdem ist im Keller eine Waschmaschine angeschlossen, die derzeit ungenutzt ist.
Der Bodenbelag ist in den Zimmern und im Flur mit Laminat ausgelegt, außer in der Küche und im Bad, die mit Fliesen ausgestattet sind.
Ein kleines Kellerabteil ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Im Hinterhof steht ein großer Abstellplatz für Fahrräder und auch Mopeds und Motorräder zur Verfügung.

The apartment would be available fully furnished. All the furniture shown in the pictures (apart from the sofa), including the bed, cupboards, wardrobe, curtains and everything else are present in the room. Apart from these, there is also a full size fridge in the hallway which is not shown in the pictures. Unfortunately there is no washing machine in the apartment. However, there is a laundry shop on the same street that is open and can be used every day. It can be reached on foot in a minute. In addition, a washing machine is connected in the basement, which is currently unused.
All the rooms and hallway have a laminated flooring, except in the kitchen and bathroom, which have tiles.
A small basement compartment is also available. In the backyard there is a large parking space for bicycles, mopeds and motorbikes.
Registration is possible for the apartment.

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: mitten in der Neustadt, eine Minute von der Ecke Görlitzer Straße entfernt mit Fenster nach vorn. Achtung: kann auch mal lauter werden. Wer das Szeneleben sucht, ist hier bestens bedient. Direkt vor der Tür ist die Straßenbahn mit guter Anbindung zur Uni. 10 Minuten zu Fuß befindet sich in einer Richtung der Bahnhof Neustadt, in die andere die Dresdner Heide.
Rewe und Netto sind jeweils 5 Minuten entfernt. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Albertplatz, von dem aus man schnell ins Zentrum kommt.

The location couldn't be better: in the middle of Neustadt, one minute from the corner of Görlitzer Straße with a window to the front. Warning: can sometimes get louder. Anyone looking for a lively atmosphere would definitely love it. The tram with good connections to the university is right in front of the door. A 10-minute walk takes you in one direction to the Neustadt train station and in the other direction to the Dresdner Heide.
Rewe and Netto are each 5 minutes away. 10 minutes on foot to Albertplatz, from where you can quickly get to the center.

Ich (Shyam) wäre dein neuer Mitbewohner. Ich bin erst vor ein paar Tagen in diese Wohnung gezogen, es wäre also eine ganz neue WG. Ich würde meinen neuen Job bald hier beginnen. Die meisten Wochenenden könnte ich wegen meiner Arbeit beschäftigt sein. In der Freizeit koche ich gerne, treffe mich mit Freunden, gehe wandern oder spiele zu Hause. Da es eine Zwei-Personen-Wohnung ist, wäre es besser, eine interaktive Umgebung in der Wohnung zu haben, aber es ist kein Zwang.

I (Shyam) would be your new roommate. I just moved into this apartment a few days ago, so it would be a completely new flat share. I would be starting my new job here soon. Since it is a two-person apartment, it would be better to have an interactive environment in the apartment, but it is not a compulsion.

Die Gesamtwarmmiete beträgt 371 Euro inklusive Heizung, Strom und Internet. Da ich einige Dinge vom Vormieter gekauft habe, erwarte ich 200 Euro für die Möbel im Zimmer.
Auch ein früherer Einzug vor dem 15. Januar ist auf Anfrage möglich.

Total warm rent is 371 euros which includes heating, electricity and internet. Since I bought some things from the previous tenant, I am expecting a 200 euros for the furniture in the room.
Also, an early move-in before 15th Jan is possible upon request.
