Wir, 3 Studenten und Studentinnen
(3. Semester), suchen einen Nachmieter
für unser 4. Zimmer in der Altstadt.
Das Zimmer ist gute 16 qm groß, hell, ruhig, mit Laminat und einem schönen Ausblick auf die Altstadt.
Wir haben eine 18qm große Diele, die wir als Gemeinschaftsraum nutzen. 2009 wurde die Wohnung renoviert.
Es bestehen perfekte Anbindungen zur TU und in die Neustadt(jeweils 10 Minuten Bahnfahrt).
Keine 2 Minuten braucht man zur Altmarktgalerie zum Einkaufen.
Im Mietpreis ist schon alles enthalten an Nebenkosten.
