Ab Anfang Oktober wird ein helles und großes Zimmer mitten im Zentrum von Dresden frei. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Altmarkt und Altmarktgalerie und bietet damit viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Außerdem bist du perfekt ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 qm groß und durch ein großes Fenster sehr hell. Als Fußboden dient ein schön erhaltener Parkettboden. In der Wohnung sind ein Bad mit getrennter Toilette und eine Küche mit Balkon enthalten. Die Telefon- und Internet-Flatrate sowie das Fernsehen sind in der Miete enthalten.
Es erwarten dich drei nette Mitbewohner zwischen 25 und 28 Jahren, die gerne mal etwas zusammen unternehmen.
