Das Zimmer ist in der 3er WG das größte Zimmer (Wohnzimmer) in einem sanierten Neubaublock. Es ist rechteckig, mit riesiger Fensterfront und ist somit sehr licht- und sonnendurchflutet.
Im Winter musste ich bisher nur wenig bis gar nicht die Heizung andrehen, da viel von unten geheizt wird.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (großer Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Herd, genug Stauraum). Das Bad ist etwas klein, hat aber eine Badewanne drinne.
Eine Waschmaschine würde noch fehlen.
Der geräumige Flur und unser selbstgebauter Flurschrank bietet einigen Stauraum für eure Sachen. Für größere Dinge gibt es zur Wohnung auch ein Kellerabteil.

Perfekt gelegen am Straßburger Platz - extrem viele Straßenbahnlinien in alle Richtungen
In die Uni fährt man mit dem Rad max. 20min.
