Hallo,
da ich im März verreise, möchte ich gerne meine Unterkunft vermieten. Es wären ein Schlafzimmer (10 qm) und ein Arbeitszimmer (noch einmal 10 qm) Dazu haben wir noch ein großes Wohnzimmer (25?qm), also insgesamt wirklich sehr viel Platz. Alle Zimmer sind sehr hell dank guter Lage (Ost-West Ausrichtung :)), die Gardine im Schlafzimmer funktioniert allerdings zum Glück sehr gut, sodass schlafen auch kein Problem darstellt ;)
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Straßenbahnhauptknotenpunkt Prager Straße/ Walpurgisstraße,d.h. man kommt sehr schnell überallhin. Wenn es etwas weiter weg soll, ist der Hauptbahnhof in 5 Minuten zu erlaufen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten stehen dank Prager Straße und Hauptbahnhof ( mit integriertem Lidl) ebenfalls en masse zur Verfügung.
Du wirst mit der Schwester meines Mitbewohners zusammenleben, sie ist 21, macht eie Aubildung zur Erzieherin und laut Aussage meines Mitbewohners sehr nett :)
