Hallo! Da ich zum 8. August ins Ausland gehe, wird mein wunderschönes, helles WG-Zimmer frei.
Möbel und Kartons könnten schon ab Anfang August in das Zimmer gestellt werden, bezugsfertig ist es aber durch meine Abreise erst ab dem 8. August.
Das Zimmer ist rund 20qm groß und bietet durch seinen quadratischen Grundriss (plus eine Mini-Nische) viele Möglichkeiten zum gemütlichen Einrichten. Durch die zwei großen Fenster Richtung Südseite und Hinterhof ist das Zimmer angenehm hell und ruhig. Die hohe Decke böte auch die Möglichkeit zum Aufstellen eines Hochbettes.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Bad mit Toilette, zwei Waschbecken und einer Badewannen-Dusch-Kombi. Daneben haben wir zusätzlich noch ein kleines Bad. Thema Rauchen: Dafür müsstest du vor die Tür in den Hausflur gehen...
ROOM
Hello! Since I will continiue my studys abroad, my wonderful, bright room in a shared apartment gets vacant.
It possible to bring some of your things earlier (beginning of august), but due to my date of departure, August 8th is the earliest date to move in.
The room has 20sq.m. Due to its quadratic layout (plus a mini-mini alcove) it provides many options to furnish it. There are two big windows facing south into a small backyard, which brighten up the room. The high ceiling provides the opportunity to mount a loft bed.
The flat has a big bathroom, equipped with a toilet, two sinks and a combined bathtub with shower. Furthermore, we have a second, small bathroom.
I you want to smoke, you have to step just outside into our stairway/hallway.
Diverse Haltestellen (Hst. Schweriner Straße, Am Zwingerteich, Postplatz und Bhf. Mitte) sind in 3-7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch direkt in der Nähe, so ist zum Beispiel die Altmarktgalerie zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Rad ist die Neustadt und die Uni bequem zu erreichen.
LOCATION
Several bus and train stops (Tram stations "Schweriner Straße", "Am Zwingerteich", "Postplatz", train station "Mitte") are only 3-7 minutes walkway away. Shopping facilities are just around the corner, for example the Altmarktgalerie can be reached easily by foot in five minutes.
Bei der WG handelt es sich um keine Zweck-WG! Es wird gerne zusammen gequatscht und das gemeinsame Sonntagsessen ist quasi schon eine Tradition. Wenn man seine Ruhe braucht wird man auch in Ruhe gelassen, aber ansonsten hat immer jemand ein offenes Ohr.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner/innen wären Dani (29, arbeitet im sozialen Bereich), Ellen ( 27, angehende Restauratorin), Felix (23, Biologiestudent) und Teresa (29, Doktorandin im Bereich Werkstoffwissenschaften).
Bei uns leben Carnivoren und Veganer*innen unter einem Dach. Das persönliche Miteinander und das Respektieren der Bedürfnisse Anderer ist uns sehr wichtig.
OUR DAILY LIFE
We love to sit together and talk about our day. Cooking and eating our Sunday dinner together became an important tradition. If you need your privacy, you will be let alone, but otherwise someone will always lend you an ear. Your new flatmates would be Dani (29, social worker), Ellen (27, conservator), Felix (23, biology student) and Teresa (29, PhD student, materials science).
We are a varied mixture of carnivores and people eating vegan. Being tolerant and respectful with each other ist very important to us.
In der WG gibt es noch eine weitere, liebenswürdige Mitbewohnerin: unsere Katze Mimi. Mimi ist ein unglaublich niedliches, verschmustes (in den Sommermonaten extrem stark haarendes -.-) Fellknäul, das gerne mal von Zimmer zu Zimmer schleicht und schaut, ob bei allen alles ok ist.
Wenn du interessiert bist, schreib doch einfach eine Mail, am besten mit ein paar Infos über Dich (gerne auch abseits vom "gerne kochen" und "mal ein Bierchen trinken" :-D), und wir machen einen Termin zum Kennenlernen aus.

We have another flatmate: our cat Mimi. She loves walking around from room to room and making sure that everything and everyone is all right (or: she is just hungry and demanding for food).
