from 01. September 2018, I am looking for an intermediate tenant for a furnished room in a shared flat.
The room has an area of 19 qm² with two radiators and the monthly rent (including electricity, heating, water and internet) is 280 €!
In the apartment you will find for use:
Your room with TV, bed, wardrobe, 2 large tables + office chair, box shelves, sound system.
Well-equipped kitchen incl. microwave, oven and all kinds of cooking accessories as well as a sound system
Bathroom + bathtub (shower) + washing machine
Cellar compartment (relatively full)
Die WG befindet sich ca. 2 min vom Straßburger Platz entfernt. Da findest du REWE, Aldi, DM, Fleischer, Bäcker, alnatura und etliche ÖPNV Anbinungen (Tram 1,2,4,10,12,13) sowie auch die Buslinie 62, 5 min Fußweg entfernt. Direkt vor der WG befindet sich ein ruhiger kleiner Park in dem man entspannt in der Sonne liegen sowie grillen kann.
Desweiteren: 10 min Radweg Uniklinik, 5-10 min Radweg Neustadt, 10-15 min Radweg TU-Dresden

The shared flat is about 2 minutes away from Straßburger Platz. There you will find REWE, Aldi, DM, Fleischer, Bäcker, alnatura and several public transport connections (tram 1,2,4,10,12,13) as well as the bus line 62, 5 min walk away. Directly in front of the flat share there is a quiet little park in which you can relax in the sun and have a barbecue.

Mit dir zusammen wohnen Magda (26) und ich (23), die beide gerade ihr Masterstudium absolvieren. Wir sind beide sympathisch, aufgeschlossen, hilfsbereit, und immer für eine entspannte Runde in der WG Küche zu haben. Das Kochen ist eine unserer großen Leidenschaften und so zaubert Magda gerne vegetarische Spezialitäten und ich auch mal nichtvegetarisches. Generell teilen wir gerne unser Essen, aber können auch gut damit Leben wenn du das nicht möchtest.

Magda (26) and I (23) are currently studying for a Master's degree. We are both friendly, open-minded, helpful, and always ready for a relaxed round in the shared kitchen. Cooking is one of our great passions and so Magda likes to create vegetarian specialities and I also do non-vegetarian things. Generally we like to share our food, but can also live with it if you don't want to.
