Lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer mit wandgroßen Fenstern in saniertem Altbau. Möbilierte Vermietung inkludiert einen wunderschönen alten Holzschrank, einen großen Holzschreibtisch, ein 140x200 Bett, eine (Schlaf-)Coach und mehrere Regale. Zur WG gehört zudem ein riesen Flur (quasi unser Wohnzimmer), ein Bad mit Badewannendusche und Waschmaschine, seperat eine Toilette und unsere wunderschöne Küche. Zur Küche gehört zudem eine Speise.
Beautiful room with huge windows and high walls. The furnished rental includes a beloved old wooden cabinet, a big wooden desk, a 140x200 cm bed, a couch that can be transformed into a double bed and several shelves. Part of the WG is a massive hall (kind of our living room), a bathroom with bath tub and waching machine and our lovely kitchen. Part of the kitchen is our pantry that keeps the actual kitchen spacey. The toilet is in a seperate room.
Top Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Von der Wohnung fällt man quasi direkt auf den Alt- beziehungsweise Neumarkt. Zum Shoppen ist die Prager-Straße nicht weit und für die Öffis ist die Haltestelle Pirnaischer Platz in 2-4 Laufminuten zu erreichen. Alle bekannten Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Edeka) sind in maximal 10 Laufminuten zu erreichen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Studenten, da man sowohl nah an der Neustadt als auch der Uni ist. Mit dem Fahrrad brauch ich nirgends länger als 20 Minuten hin, eher 10-15 Minuten.
Superb location in the centre of the old town. Near every brand for grocery shopping (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Rewe) is reachable in 10 walking minutes and the Altmarktgalerie or shopping street Prager Straße is just around the corner. The node point for the trams -Pirnaischer Platz- is right in front of our doors. By bike it never took me longer than 20 minutes to get anywhere (Neustadt, Uni, Boudlering, Pieschen) rather 10 to 15 minutes. Especially a lovely location for students!
Du würdest mit Patrick, Garbiel und Anja zusammen wohnen. Anja promoviert in Physik, Patrick arbeitet halbzeit und studiert nebenher und Gabriel studiert Maschinenbau. Wir haben ein ziemlich entspanntes WG-Leben. WIr sind alle eher Morgenmuffel, genießen dann aber gerne einen Kaffee oder Abendbrot zusammen. Ansonsten freuen wir uns momentan wie alle auf Coronafreie Zeiten und wieder nen bisl Leben in der Bude. Wir haben einen Putzplan, bei dem wir zweiwöchentlich durchtauschen.
You would live together with Patrick, Gabriel and Anja. Anja does her PhD in physics, Patrick is working half days and studying part time and Gabriel is a student in menchanical engineering. All in all we have a pretty chill life together. We are all not really morning people, but enjoy a cup of coffee or dinner together. Like everyone we are looking forward to the lifting of Corona restrictions and some more social lifes. We follow a cleaning plan, where we switch areas every 2 weeks.
