Das Zimmer verfügt über ein schönes großes Fenster, welches viel Tageslicht bringt, sodass es immer schön hell ist. Der Boden wurde neu gemacht, als ich 2013 in die Wohnung eingezogen bin, daher sieht er noch aus wie neu. Die Decke und Außenwände wurden im Sommer 2021 neu gestrichen, sieht also auch alles noch aus wie neu.
Die Miete inklusive aller Nebenkosten, wie Strom, Internet etc. beträgt circa 350€.
It is a very nice room with a big window which gives a lot of daylight. The ceiling and 2 walls have been painted professionally in summer 2021 and the floors were renewed when I moved into the apartment in 2013, so it all looks brand new. The rent including all extra costs, such as electricity, internet etc. will be around 350€.
Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein, da sich die Wohnung zwischen der Frauenkirche und dem Altmarkt, also mitten in der Innenstadt, befindet.
Vor der Tür fahren fast alle Bahnlinien, sodass sowohl die Uni, als auch die Neustadt oder jedes andere Viertel schnell zu erreichen ist. Außerdem ist auch alles Nötige schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen, da die Altmarkt Galerie ebenfalls direkt vor der Tür ist.
The location of the apartment could rarely be any better, because it’s located in the center of the city right between Frauenkirche and Altmarkt. You can reach the university as well as Neustadt or any other part of the city very easily with the tram that’s right in front of the apartment.
Ich studiere momentan noch und arbeite nebenbei im Supermarkt, bin daher sowohl zuhause als auch bei der Arbeit unter der Woche und am Wochenende.
Ich finde es schön, sich nett unterhalten zu können, aber dennoch auch Zeit für sich alleine haben zu können.
I’m currently still in school, but I work at a grocery store, so sometimes I’ll be home during the week, sometimes I’ll be at work. I think it’s nice to be able to talk to each other and have a good connection, but also being able to each enjoy their time alone.
Durch meine Job bin ich relativ flexibel, was Besichtigungen/Kennenlernen betrifft, ich denke, es findet sich immer eine Möglichkeit.
Because of my job, I’m pretty flexible when it comes to meeting and getting to know the apartment, so I’m sure, there’s always time to do that.
