biete Zimmer für 2,5 Monate in einer Jugendstilvilla in Cotta an , komplettes Bad mit WM, Tr, Badewanne usw. komplette Küche vorhanden. Preis ist Festpreis. In der Villa lebt nur noch eine weitere Partei, es ist sehr ruhig. Eine Pkw Stellfläche gibts im Grundstück mit Toranlage, desweiteren genügend Parkflächen auch um das Objekt, nebenan gibts auch ein Tattoostudio ;)
Straba Haltestelle direkt vor der Nase, auch Buslinien. viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls.
Autobahnauffahrt ( ELBEPARK ) ist in etwa 5 Autominuten erreichbar. Gegenüber der Villa befinden sich Gärten und auch ein Radweg über den man gut zu den Elbufern gelangt. Sonst gibt es nichts weiter zu sagen, einfach ansehen bzw. wohnen :)
nette Dame wohnt noch mit in der Villa bis Ende Juli. WG ist sehr gepflegt, ruhig und rücksichtsvoll.
