Die Wohnung liegt auf halber Treppe (Hochparterre).
Das Zimmer ist morgens und mittags aufgrund von zwei Fenstern im Osten und Süden sehr hell beleuchtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für Schreibtisch, Bett und Schränke etc.
Cotta ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend nördlich von Löbtau. Die Bahnanbindung ist mit den Linien 2 in die Innenstadt und 12 zur Elbe sehr gut. Bis zur Uni braucht man mit dem Fahrrad oder mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nur ca. 15 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der näheren Umgebung (REWE, Netto...) vorhanden. Sie sind auch auf dem Weg zur Uni zu erreichen.
Gemeinsame Neustadtbesuche, Kochen oder im Sommer an die Elbe, für sowas sind wir eigentlich immer zu haben.
Die Wohnung ist mit einer Badewanne und einem Geschirrspüler sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine werde ich allerdings leider mitnehmen.
