Hi, I'm Sadika and I've lived in a flat share building in Borsbergstraße for almost three years. From September, I will release this room. For this reason, I have transferred to another.
The room will be handed over fully furnished.
The building is opposite of Kaufland and has good connection from Hauptbahnhof. the bus stop is only 3 mintites by foot from this building. my room has an attached toilet also. kitchen & bathrooms are shared for each floor. we have regular clearing person, for clearing bathroom & kithchen.
Connections:
-In about 12-15 minutes you can reach hauptbahnhof by train 10
- in about 12 minutes you can arrive Pragerstr, Altmarket, Pirnacherplz with train 4
You won't miss anything in the area, you have various shops, several pharmacies, doctors and hairdressers nearby.
Shopping:
- in about 3 minutes you are at Kaufland, 5-6 minutes at Lidl, Rewe, edeka
You have beautiful walks in the direction of Dresden-gross-garden(10 minute by foot only)
In our floor all are students of TU Dresden or Hochschule, having their seperate room. so you dont need to tense much about sharing.
