Dear folks,
I'm going back to my country for a while (3/5-13/6/2016) and would like to sublet my room for this period. I will leave everything here, fully equipped with many types of instruments (piano, guitars, drum...) and books, 1 couch, 2 matresses, bookshelf, desk,.... feel free to use but keep it as it is when you leave.
Im living with two kool flatmates (from Germany) who are very friendly, easygoing and humorous. Our flat has soul ;) you can feel it while living here.
It is a lil bit different from other flats (since it has soul ^^) that the toilet is outside of the flat but still in the building (my favorite meditation place), the bathroom is inside the kitchen (you can say hello to your flatmates while bathing!!!)

Located in the most lively as well as peaceful location in the Neustadt which just some lazy steps that you can sit on the most beautiful Park called alauenpark, easy to get in the 'secret forest' called Heide, and just an eye blick to go to the heart of Neustadt with full of bars, clubs, restaurants, bla bla bla.
I'm confident enough to say my place is a very dream flat to live as I have been living here for 1.5 years.
