ich gebe ab 1. Dezember mein ruhiges und im Hinterhof gelegenes Zimmer ab.
Miete beträgt 155 Euro monatlich, alles drin (Strom, Internet, Festnetz..., auch die Haushaltkoste wie : Klopapier, Kücheroller, Kaffeepulver... )
Das Bad mit Dusche; die Küche ist alles ausgestattet, außer Geschirrspüler.
5 Min zu Fuß zu Haltestelle 2,6(Cottaer Straße);
10 Min zu Fuß zu Haltestelle Tharandter Straße.
15 Min Fahrrad zu Uni.
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Penny und Lidl liegt nicht weit vor Tür, Bäckerei ist auch an der Ecke.
Zu Löbtau braucht auch nur 10 min zu Fuß.
Der Bahnhof dresden mitte liegt in unmittelbarer nähe.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohner: Nicole(23,Geschihte Studentin in TUD) und Gregor(28, Duales Studium in Riesa) sind nett und hilfsbereit. Wir quatschen ab und zu in Küche, zusammen Frühstücken und Kaffee trinken. Man kann sich sehr gut mit Nicole und Gregor unterhalten. Sie haben coole aber vernünftige Gedanken.
