Hallo liebe potentielle Mitbewohner,
ich ziehe leider weg und würde deshalb gerne mein Zimmer untervermieten/weitervermieten.
Es hat ausreichend Platz, ein bequemes Bett, einen großen Schreibtisch (mit Drucker und Soundsystem) und einen direkten Zugang zu einem riesigen Balkon mit Ausblick über die komplette Friedrichsstadt.. Ideal zum grillen und chillen. siehe Fotos
es gibt einen Fahrstuhl und einen direkten Zugang zum Dach ; )
Es gibt zwei nette Mitbewohner/innen. Einer arbeitet und ist Kampfsporttrainer, die andere studiert Chemie an der TU Dresden.
Beide sehr kontaktfreudig, sauber und umgänglich mit denen man bei Bedarf nen Menge Schindluder treiben kann.
die Wohnküche es sehr groß und echt praktisch zum kochen und zeitverbringen
die anbindungen sind sehr gut (Linie 1, 6, 10, 2, 11, Bus 94, Reginalbahn und SBahn)
und bevor ich es vergesse, unsere Nachbarn sind auch sehr angenehm. Wir unternehmen recht viel zusammen.

Hey guys,
since I have to leave Dresden I'd like to let my room. It's spacious enough, got some furniture in it like a huge desk as well as a direct access to a very spacious balkony.. ideal for a barbecue or some relaxation.
there is a lift and direct access to the roof : )
two fine people are living there who gonna be your flatemates. both are pretty neat and sociable. One is working and is a trainer for karate. the otherone is studying chemistry at the TU Berlin
the living romm/kitchen is really big and quite practical for cooking and socializing..
whith them and the other neighboors you can have a lot of fun. we undertake a lot of stuff together and usually like hanging out with each other if there is time.
the public transportation is pretty good in this area (Line 1, 6, 10, 2, 11, Bus 94, and trains)
