Hello Apartment seeking people,
Since my German is not so good, I am writing here in English. Starting from the 1st of July, I am leaving my room in this shared apartment. It is a 16 sq. meter room and faces south with a view to the garden on the backyard. During summer, you can get adequate amount of sunlight through the windows and at the same time you can enjoy the southern wind. The room contains a double Mattress, an easy chair, a couch, a writing desk, a tea table and a small cabinet for clothes. Most probably I will leave all the furniture here but we can talk about it later if you want to keep any of these. The room has central heating and floor has carpet.
The rent is 255 Euros including all utilities, electricity and internet costs. You have to pay a deposit of 340 euros.
The location of the building is only 5 minutes walk from the tram station "Bahnhof Mitte". The location is very central and you can go almost anywhere around Dresden from here. There are tram lines 1,2,6,10 and bus no. 94 which goes through this station. You can also use the trains (RE, S-Bahn) to reach your destination. The Hauptbahnhof is only 5 minutes by Tram and you can reach the Elbe river also with a 10 minutes walk. There are super markets, flower shops, late night shops, saloon, DHL shop, asian restaurants, bakery and hospitals everything in a walking distance.
It is a 10 persons shared apartment although currently we are leaving only 6 persons. Here we are 2 people from Bangladesh and others are German. Some are students and some have already started working. We like to keep the apartment clean but there is no hard and fast rule about cleaning duties. Whenever we see that the garbage has to be taken out or something needs to be cleaned, we just do it without waiting for others. But if you have other ideas, we are always open to listen. We have two bathrooms with showers and toilets. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, we do not have dish washer. We respect each other's privacy and try not to disturb others. Sometimes, we cook together or watch a movie together.
we have a really large common space which you can use for occasional parties unless it does not disturb our neighbors. If you are a smoker, you have to go downstairs for that.
If anyone wants to stay for a shorter period of time like 1 or 2 months, they can also take this place.
