Das Zimmer mit seinen 16 m^2 richtet sich zur Ostseite, sodass dich die Sonne wach kitzeln kann, die Einbahnstraße ist tagsüber sehr weniger von den umliegenden Anwohnenden befahren, abends/nachts aber sehr ruhig auch bei offenem Fenster.
Das Herzstück der Wohnung ist eindeutig unsere große Küche, in der du dich koch-und backtechnisch ausleben kannst, mit dem kleinen Sofa lädt sie aber auch zum verweilen ein oder zu einem Abend unter Freund:innen. Am Platz wird es auf jeden Fall nicht scheitern!! Ich würde sagen unsere Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet: Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Reisekocher, Mikrowelle.. für dein wichtigstes Küchengerät, wenn du eins hast, gibt es auch noch einen freien Platz.
WICHTIG: von der Küche aus wirst du wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge erleben können!!
Der Flur ist sehr geräumig, es passen wunderbar zwei Wäschestände nebeneinander, falls mal wieder alle gleichzeitig nichts mehr im Schrank haben.. auch Jacken und Schuhe finden hier einen Ort. Wenn du eine Idee hast, wie man den Flur noch optimieren und/oder verschönern kann, dann immer raus damit.
Alles was an Größe in Küche und Flur zu finden ist, ist leider im Bad verloren gegangen. Es ist etwas klein geraten, wenn du aber schon immer mal gleichzeitig Zähne putzen, pinkeln und einen Fuß waschen wolltest, findest du in dem Bad die optimalen Bedingungen.
Für alle Gegenstände die du nicht in der Wohnung unter bekommst, findet sich in dem Kellerabteil auch noch Raum. Ach ja, es gibt auch einen kleinen Innenhof in dem sich auch eine Wäschespinne befindet, die von allen gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden kann. Super praktisch, um im Sommer die Wäsche schnell trocken zu können. Der Garten wird eigentlich von niemanden (außer Leon) genutzt obwohl er echt schön ist und viele Obstbäume beheimatet.

The heart of the apartment is clearly our large kitchen, where you can live out cooking and baking, but with the small sofa it also invites you to linger or to an evening among friends. In any case, it will not fail because of the space! I would say our kitchen is also well equipped: dishwasher, kettle, travel stove, microwave... for your most important kitchen utensil, if you have one, there is also a free place.
IMPORTANT: from the kitchen you will be able to enjoy beautiful sunsets!!!
The hallway is very spacious, it fits wonderfully two laundry stalls next to each other, if once again all at the same time nothing left in the closet... also jackets and shoes find a place here. If you have an idea how to optimize the hallway still and / or beautify, then always out with it.
All the greatness in the kitchen and hallway has unfortunately been lost in the bathroom. It's a bit small, but if you've ever wanted to brush your teeth, pee and wash a foot at the same time, you'll find the perfect conditions in the bathroom.
For all the things you can't store in the apartment, there is also room in the basement. Oh yes, there is also a small courtyard in which there is also a rotary clothes dryer, which can be used by all in common. Super handy to be able to quickly dry the laundry in the summer. The garden is actually not used by anyone (except Leon) although it is really beautiful and home to many fruit trees..
Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super, du bist in 10-15min mit dem Rad in der Neu-oder Altstadt und bei der HTW oder TU (wenn du studieren solltest). Die nächste Haltestelle die von der 2 befahren wird, bringt dich direkt ins Zentrum der Stadt und die Haltstelle von der 6 sind gerade mal 5min zu Fuß entfernt, welche dich in die Neustadt fährt. In 5min kannst du beim Bahnhof Mitte sein oder an der Tharandter Straße, wo sich Apotheke, Post, REWE etc. Auffinden lassen. Zum einkaufen braucht man aber nicht weit zu laufen, aus der Haustür raus liegt der Penny schon fast vor dir, Lidl, Aldi, DM, Bäckerei sind auch nur ein Katzensprung entfernt. Allgemein ist die Gegend hier etwas ruhiger, was sehr angenehm ist. Gleich über die Straße verläuft ein Radweg direkt ins Stadtzentrum vorbei an einem kleinen Skaterpark und viel Grün.

Zusammen wohnst du mit Lovepreet und Leon. Wir sind beide kommunikative Personen mit denen man immer quatschen oder zusammen die Kochlöffel schwingen kann. Wir genießen ein harmonisches WG Leben und jeder lebt sich zu jeder Zeit so aus wie er es möchte, zusammen mit Freunden oder auch allein. Wir finden es beide wichtig dass das Zusammenleben ein tatsächliches Zusammen ist.
In welcher Form ob kochen, philosophieren oder feiern gehen ist egal - wichtig ist es uns Zeit mit einander zu verbringen wenn es für alle passt.
You live together with Lovepreet and Leon. We are both communicative people with whom you can always chat or swing together the wooden spoons. We enjoy a harmonious WG life and everyone lives out at any time as he wants, together with friends or alone. We both find it important that the living together is a real living together.
