I´m planning to leave Dresden this December. Therefore, my room will be free since then. It is a nice room in a WG. I leave the room fully furnished (Bed, comfortable chair, low TV furniture with drawers to store clothes or whatever you want, metal wardrobe, desk, and chair).
I live with two cool guys from the TU that are finishing their master´s degrees. The flat is fully furnished, including a washing machine, bathtub, big balcony, dishwasher, living room with TV, a huge sofa, etc.
It is close to a tram station, Netto, Aldi, Konsum, Penny.
It takes 17-20 min by tram to reach Hauptbahnhof.
I´m paying 230-235 euros, which covers the rent + internet +electricity bill + radio tax. If you are interested, please do not hesitate to message me.
Since I´m moving to another city I will leave all my furniture here. I am asking 270 euros for all the things I already mentioned in the room plus all the things that have been bought for the flat.

Living here is nice. We maintain the place clean and tidy, but we do not stick to a cleaning schedule like other places. We use common sense to find and leave things the same we want to use them. It works!!
We sometimes share time in the living room watching a movie, chatting, or drinking some beers. But we also respect each other personal space.
