Da ich Anfang Juni umziehe, möchte ich gerne mein schönes Zimmer weitervermieten. Mit 17 Quadratmetern ist es sehr geräumig und verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon.
Ich würde einen Teil meiner Möbel gegen eine Übernahmegebühr dalassen: Schreibtisch, Bücherregal, Kleiderschrank, Korbsessel.
Wir haben eine große Küche und einen ebenso großen Flur, die genug Platz zum geselligen Beisammensitzen bieten.
Bad und Toilette sind getrennt, sodass man sich nur selten in die Quere kommt. Das Zimmer ist durch eine Tür mit dem Nachbarzimmer verbunden (auf dem Grundriss nicht abgebildet), diese ist allerdings von der Seite des anderen Mitbewohners mit einem Schrank verstellt.

As I am moving would like to rent out my beautiful and spacious room. You will have 17 sqm and a balcony to yourself. I would also like to leave some of my furniture there: working table, book shelf, wardrobe, and a seat.
About the rest of the flat: We have a big kitchen and an equally big hallway, where you will have a lot of space to sit together with your guests and flatmates.
The shower and wash room (toilet) are in separate rooms, so it is easy to avoid getting in each others way during everyone's morning or evening routine. The room has a door to the neighbor room where one of the other flatmates is living, but it is barred with a big shelf from the other room's side.
Direkt vor der Tür fährt die 64 (gut für z.B. Medizinstudenten) und auch die Haltestelle der 61 ist nur 3 Minuten Gehweg entfernt. Die Haltestelle Zwinglistraße in 7 Minuten Entfernung bietet Straßenbahnverbindungen in Richtung Altstadt (Linie 1 und 2; 15 Minuten bis zum Postplatz) und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Drogerie, mehrere Bäcker, Blumen- und Obstläden, Döner). In die andere Richtung erreicht man in 10 Minuten die Haltestelle Bergmannstraße, ebenfalls mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und den Straßenbahnen 4 und 10 (ebenfalls Richtung Altstadt und Hauptbahnhof; 20 Minuten). Hier gibt es auch für Umweltbewusste die VG (Verbrauchergemeinschaft), wo man als Mitglied regionale und Bioprodukte zum Großhandelspreis erwerben kann.
Außerdem in der Nähe: Der große Garten (5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, ca. 15 - 20 zu Fuß) und das Uniklinikum (10 - 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad).

You have direct connection to the university hospital (bus 64), to the university campus (bus 61) and to the city center (tram 1 and 2 - it takes about 15 minutes to get to the city center). Also there are several shopping opportunities: supermarket, drug store, backery, flower shop, kebab).
Also the flat is near to the "Großer Garten", which is a very beautiful and also the biggest park in Dresden.
Du wirst 3 Mitbewohner haben: Anna studiert Biologie, Marcus hat beruflich mit Bonbons zu tun und Mohammed lernt gerade fleißig für seine Deutschprüfung. Das WG-Leben ist abwechslungsreich und je nach Zeit und Initiative kannst du alles von "wir sagen uns in der Küche Hallo" bis zu gemütlichen Koch- und Spieleabenden erleben.
Die Hausnachbarn sind ziemlich tolerant, was gelegentliche WG-Parties angeht, allerdings wohnen auch mehrere Familien mit kleinen Kindern im Haus, sodass diese möglichst nicht täglich stattfinden sollten.

You will have 3 flatmates: Anna is doing her Bachelor's in Biology, Mohammed is studying for his German degree and Marcus (28) is a professional sweet worker (it's quite a cool job, ask him about it). The atmosphere is something around "everything can happen, nothing has to". So depending on your character and initiative you can have anything from saying "hi" in the kitchen during breakfast to having regular evenings with boardgames or talk.
Zur Wohnung gehört noch ein ziemlich großes Kellerabteil. Da es allerdings etwas feucht ist, eignet es sich zwar gut für Fahrrad & Co., aber vielleicht nicht unbedingt (d)eine wertvolle Büchersammlung. ;-)

We also have a compartment in the basement. It is a little bit wet, so you can easily use it for bicycle & Co., but maybe not for your valuable antique book collection. ;-)
