Charming Klein Garten infront of the Building.
The shared room is in a 3-room apartment, which is intended as a 3-person shared flat. The room has an area of 20 m2 and semi furnished (Bed, Table, Desk). There is a lot of natural light through the window, which makes the room pleasantly bright. Infront of the room there is a big garden that is attached with the building and you can use the garden for passing your time and have BBQ.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. Students, families and single people live here.
The apartment has a cellar and nice parking facility. This is a renovated old building but good for students.
The kitchen is very large and spacious, where we have micro oven, grill oven and of course spacious refridger.
The connection to public transport is very good. You can walk to S-Bahnhof Reick in 8 minutes where you can access the S bahn to reach anywhere very quickly and hbf takes 5 min to reach.

64 and 65 no Bus stop only 5 min of walk,
1,2 no Trum stop only 8/10 min of walk
61, 85 no Bus is a bit far (14 min walk) but you can reach there with the 64 which is only 5 min walk.
MobiBikes and e-scooters are also often immediately available.
Panometer is only 5/6 min walking distance. Fraunhofer Institute is very near and Grosser Garden is not so far.
Seidnitz center is only walking distance but you can take 65 to reach there. There you will get all the supershop like Rewe, Aldi, dm and many more.
Lidl and Netto is 10 min walking distance through the Klein Garten.
Our first expectation is social and friendly. If you like to have the flatmate as your friend and hangout or go for hiking, outing then the place is for you. But no parties please.
Currently we are 3 student from TU Dresden but one is moving out and another person will move too.
We are very open-minded, friendly, helpful and tidy. We would be happy to have a roommate who is also sociable and would like to cook with them in the evening, for example, or just chat.
We try to keep it clean and tidy as much possible between our busy life so that everyone feels comfortable. So far, no fixed cleaning plan was necessary but we do it one person per week.
Visiting friends or family is not a problem but no parties.
We are looking for a new roommate who intends to live in the shared flat for a longer period of time at least 1 year contract.
If you have a loud musical instrument, you must discuss this with us.
Normally this should all work out.
