Wir suchen einen Teilzeitmieter, die angegebene Mietzeit ist erstmal so angegeben kann aber auch kürzer oder länger sein je nach dem wie es euch bei uns gefällt ;-)
Das Zimmer um das es sich handelt ist 16m² groß hat W-Lan und direkten Zugang (übers Fenster) auf den Balkon.
Wir sind sehr umgängliche Typen halt Musiker, bei uns gibt es keinen Putzplan o.ä. da wir ja nen Geschirrspüler haben. Technische Geräte zur Mitnutzung sind vorhanden d.h. Wasch- Spülmaschiene etc.
Die Bilder die hier hochgeladen sind zeigen das Zimmer im möblierten Zustand doch wir bieten es nur OHNE an!
Verkehrsanbindung ist TOP (Bus + Bahn) und genügend Konsumtempel für Lebensmittel ...
