I would like to share my huge flat. The address is Pfotenhauerstrasse 78. Its a renovated building, high ceiling, 76m2 flat with 2 separate rooms and a fully equipped kitchen (EBK), a gorgeous bath. Its possible to have some pieces of furniture, such as a couch, a bed, chair and table, but you can of course bring your own stuff. It has a basement, a parking lot for bikes and/or car. Its very close to the life science campus in Johanstadt (MPI, Biotec and CRTD, Uniklinikum). It is close to the Neubertstr. bus stop (Line 62). There are grocery shopping opportunities close by, as well as a Doener place, a couple of cafes, gym and a whole lot of yet-to-be-discovered places. I am doing my Phd at the CRTD so I'll be around for yet a while. My current room-mate is moving out of Dresden which gives me a chance to share with you! The warm rent is 260 eur. per person (very competitive per sq.m pricing). I have and internet package from T-mobile which also includes entertainment options. Along with electricity costs, the total price is 297 eur. per person. Its available from August. If you wanna have a look or some pics sent, let me know. Looking forward to meet you.

most of the tenants are friendly and dont make too much noise, including me.
