Das Zimmer ist klein aber gemütlich. Druch das Hochbett ist genug Platz zur Verfügung, z.B. für Sport. Das Fenster geht zu einer ruhigen Strasse raus, wo man auch viel Licht morgens bekommt. Zusätzlich zum Zimmer gibt es eine kleie Fläche, wo perfektein kleier Kleiderschrank passt. Ich werde das Bett und die Matratze hierlassen. Gegen einen Aufpreis kannst du es übernehmen.
The room is small but nice and functional, with the upper bed there is plenty of space even to practice some sport. The window is giving on a silent street and collects light in the morning. Additionally to the room squared meters, there is a small place where a wardrobe can fit right before entering the bedroom. I will leave the bed and the mattress, we can agree about other pieces of furniture.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Johannstadt, 7 Gehminuten vom Uniklinikum entfernt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in der Nähe, Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus (62) und Straßenbahnhaltestelle in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (13, 46). In 5 Minuten zu Fuß sind Sie an der Elbe und in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad können Sie in Neustadt feiern.
The apartment is located in Johannstadt, 7 minutes of walking from the Uniklinikum. Public transportation is close, with the bus stop in front of the house (62) and tram stop reachable in 10 minutes of walking (13, 46). In 5 minutes walking you can be on the Elbe riverside and in 10 minutes of bike you can be partying in neustadt.
Du wirst die WG mit einer Medizinstudentin (Vanny, 24) und Marie (18), die zum August einziehen wird, teilen. Sie sind immer für ein Gespräch, Bier, Wein, Speielabend oder Abendessen zu haben. Durch die große Küche und Flur hat man genug Platz für Spieleabende oder kleine Tanzpartys. Selbstverständlich kann sich jeder auch zuruckziehen.
You will share the apartment with a medicine student (Vanny, 24), and a Marie (18). They are always open for a chat, a beer or a dinner together and the common space are very suitable to share moments together. Particularly, you can play board games in the kitchen and the floor in the living room is suitable for crazy dancing. It goes without saying, that your own space will be respected when you want some rest in your room.
PS. the plant killer is me (moving out) so you don't have to worry for your green friends when moving in
