Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß und hat einen schönen Blick auf die Elbe. Da ich für einen kurzen Forschungsaufenthalt gehe, bleiben alle Möbel (einschließlich des Monitors). Dazu gehören: Bett, Kommode, Kleiderschrank/Regal, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, ein kleiner Tisch.
Die Wohnung hat einen Flur, Bad mit Wanne, WC, Küche, 2 Zimmer und einen kleinen, ruhigen Balkon zum Hinterhof.

The room is 15qm with a nice view to the Elbe. As I will be going for a short research stay, all the furniture will remain (including the monitor). This includes: bed, dresser, wardrobe/shelve, sofa, desk, chair, a small table.
The apartment has a hallway, bathroom with a buthtub, toilet, kitchen, 2 rooms and a small and quite balcony to the backyard.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen, ruhigen Gegend, direkt an der Elbe und in direkter Nähe zum Uniklinikum. Die Bushaltestellen sind 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Der Fährgarten Johannstadt ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Supermärkte, Apotheke, Restaurants sind alle innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is located in a very nice, quite area, next to the Elbe and very close to Uniklinikum. The bus stops are 8 minutes walking and it takes 15 minutes by bike to the city centre.
The Fährgarten Johannstadt is 5 minutes walking from here. Supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants are all within 5-10 minutes walking.
Du wohnst zusammen mit Axel, 32, der von zu Hause aus arbeitet und Jessica, 29, die an der TUD ihre Doktorarbeit macht. Wir sind eine offene WG und wir mögen es, gemeinsam etwas zu machen, essen, lachen und eine schöne Zeit zu haben, aber wir genießen auch unsere Zeit allein :)

You will be living with Axel, 32, working from home and Jessica, 29, who is doing her PhD in TUD. We are an open WG and we like to do activities together, eat, laugh and have a nice time, but enjoy our alone time as well :)
