Ich biete mein Zimmer für meine Zeit im Erasmus zur Untermiete an. Da meine Mitbewohnerin im März auszieht, wäre wieder ein Zimmer in unserer WG frei, wenn ich aus dem Ausland wiederkomme. Wir suchen deswegen ein permanentes WG-Mitglied. Wenn dir der Umzug von einem in ein anderes Zimmer nach einem Semester zu umständlich erscheint, können wir auch darüber reden, dass du entweder das große oder das kleine Zimmer dauerhaft behältst.
Das Zimmer zur Untermiete ist mit einer Deckenhöhe von 3,6m ein wunderschönes helles Altbauzimmer. Die beiden hohen Fenster öffnen sich zur Pfotenhauerstraße. Der Boden ist Buchenpaket , was das Zimmer schön gemütlich macht.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Das Bett ist 2mx1.6m und es gibt eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit einer Leinwand für Filmabende.

I offer my room for subletting for my time in Erasmus. Since my roommate is moving out in March, there would be a room available in our WG again when I come back from abroad. Therefore we are looking for a permanent WG member. If moving from one room to another after one semester seems too inconvenient, we can also talk about you keeping either the big or the small room permanently.
Your room feels like a loft with a height of 3,6m. Both of the windows open up to the Pfotehhauerstraße. The room has hardwood floor and comes with furniture. The bed is quite large with 2x1.6m and there is a lovely seating area with a rollable projector screen for movie nights.
Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage mit einem kurzen Fußweg zur Uniklinik und den Elbwiesen. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichst du Netto, Aldi, Diska, Rewe und Konsum. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es außerdem noch einen netten Italiener, zwei indische Restaurants und den fast besten Döner in Dresden.
Direkt vor dem Haus fährt die 62, wodurch man auch bis spät nachts noch ohne Probleme nach Hause kommt.

The apartment is very close to the university hospital and the Elbe. In about 5 minutes walking distance you can reach various major supermarkets. You'll also find very nice restaurants close by. The nearest bus station is convenient for coming home at any time of the night.
Wir legen Wert auf ein gemeinsames WG-Leben.
Wir, das sind Leonie, 27 Jahre, und Pia 21 Jahre. Leonie arbeitet im Wintersemester an der Verteidigung der Doktorarbeit und Pia ist im dritten Semester Psychologie. Wir kochen in der WG gerne zusammen und lassen den Abend oft auf dem Balkon ausklingen. Leonie und Pia gehen gerne klettern, sowohl am Fels als auch in der Halle.
Ich, 23 Jahre, koche und klettere gerne, spiele viel Spikeball und Ultimate Frisbee und baue gerne Möbel aus Holz.

Currently living in the apartment are Leonie and Pia. Leonie will finish her doctor thesis in medicine this fall and Pia will start her third semester in psychology. Leonie likes to dance and climb and is active in the Scouts. Pia also likes to climb and loves to cook.
Das Zimmer ist zwar ab dem 21. August verfügbar, kann aber gerne auch erst ab dem 1. September gemietet werden.
