In our lively 6-WG near the colorful new town, a room will be free from 01.06.2025 – and maybe you will fit us perfectly! We are a friendly, open crew mid-20 and live WG not only as a purpose, but as a community with family character.
The 12 m2 room is not huge, but super practical, bright and cozy – perfect to make your own retreat. You should not have an ultra-light sleep from the house, because the room is directly adjacent to the shared kitchen.
In unserer lebendigen 6er-WG in der Nähe der bunten Neustadt wird ab 01.06.2025 ein Zimmer frei – und vielleicht passt du ja perfekt zu uns! Wir sind eine freundschaftliche, offene Crew Mitte 20 und leben WG nicht nur als Zweck, sondern als Gemeinschaft mit familiären Charakter.
Das 12 m²-Zimmer ist zwar nicht riesig, aber super praktisch geschnitten, hell und gemütlich – perfekt, um sich seinen eigenen Rückzugsort zu gestalten. Du solltest von Haus aus keinen ultra leichten Schlaf haben, denn das Zimmer grenzt direkt an die Gemeinschaftsküche.
It’s hard to do – Louisenstraße, Alaunpark, Spätis, Clubs, Cafés, Supermarkets and Elbe – all within walking distance. Öffis right in front of the door (Lößnitzstraße stop), nevertheless quietly located if you want to breathe through. The central handling area Neustadt Bhf is just 10 minutes away and shopping is even possible on Sunday. The poppy complex consists of many such WGs as ours and you will come into contact with many young people if you want.
Zentraler geht’s kaum – Louisenstraße, Alaunpark, Spätis, Clubs, Cafés, Supermärkte und Elbe – alles in Fußreichweite. Öffis direkt vor der Tür (Haltestelle Lößnitzstraße), trotzdem ruhig gelegen, falls du mal durchatmen willst. Der zentrale Umschlagsplatz Neustadt Bhf ist gerade einmal 10 min entfernt und einkaufen ist dort sogar am Sonntag möglich. DerWohnkomplex besteht aus vielen solchem WGs wie unserer und du wirst mit vielen jungen Menschen in Kontakt kommen wenn du möchtest.
We are three girls and two boys between 21 and 28 consisting of students, Engaged, Eighth Cats and Party Houses. Exchange is always possible because the WG does not mean that it is empty at any time. In the same way, everyone gets his space when needed. We have a monthly WG day when we do fun things together.
Wir sind drei Mädels und zwei Jungs zwischen 21 und 28 bestehend aus Studierenden, Engagierten, achtsamen Atzen und Partymäusen. Austausch ist immer möglich, weil die WG meinst zu keiner Zeit leer ist. Genauso bekommt jede*r seinen space, wenn er benötigt wird. Wir haben monatlich einen WG Tag, an dem wir spaßige Dinge zusammen unternehmen.
