dein Zimmer ist 18qm groß und nach Westen raus, hat somit Abendsonne :)
Es ist gut geschnitten und daher sind die 18qm sehr gut nutzbar.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung komplett mit allem drum und dran eingerichtet und einen Balkon und ein Kellerabteil gibt es auch noch.
Einzug wäre auch zum 01.02.20 möglich
Leider gibt es kein aktuelles Foto des Zimmers (wegen Datenschutz) , nur eins wo es mal leer war.
Die Lage ist am Rande der Neustadt/Leipziger Vorstadt....
Einkausmöglichkeiten: wie Rewe, Netto, Simmelcenter. Lidl(Bhf. Neustadt) sind fußläufig in 2 - 8min erreichbar.

ich bin Thomas, eigentlich gelernter Koch/Küchenleiter, aber mache gerade eine Umschulung zum Mechatroniker, da sich
Gastronomie im Moment leider nicht mehr lohnt.
Unter der Woche bin ich auf Arbeit und am WE eher selten mal unterwegs, die wilden Jahre hab ich hinter mit ;)
Ansonst bin ich locker und gesellig drauf, für Spaß und Blödsinn jederzeit gern zu haben, natürlich auch ernste Themen, will aber auch mal meine Ruhe haben.
Die WG existiert mit wechselnden Mitbewohnern bereits schon 9 Jahre.
Miete ist soweit komplett bis auf GEZ, im zweiten Jahr wird dann das Internet teurer da Neuvertrag und somit nur 20€ im ersten und im zweiten dann 35€.
