ich suche für den August einen Mitbewohner/in, wahrscheinlich auch für länger aber das ist noch nicht ganz sicher.
Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bhf-Neustadt entfernt, Richtung Pieschen. Es gibt einen schönen, grünen Innenhof mit Tischtennispaltten und Basketballfeld. Es dauert ca. 15 Minuten bis man das Zentrum der Neustadt erreicht hat.
Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert und Bettzeug etc. vorhanden. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, allein dafür lohnt es sich schon 1000 € im Monat zu verlangen aber ich will mal nicht so sein.
Der Balkon ist recht idyllisch zum Innenhof gelegen und gut geeignet um entspannt zu sitzten und die Nachbarn auf der anderen Seite des Hofes zu beobachten.
Perspektivisch kann die Wohnung auch übernommen werden, falls Interesse besteht.
Zu mir
Tagsüber bin ich meist arbeiten und plane auch im August für ein paar Tage zu verreisen. Es wird also eher ein ruhiges Wohnen. Was nicht bedeutet, dass du dich hier nicht frei entfallten kannst. Fühl dich wohl!

Hello,
I am looking for a roommate for August, probably for a longer period of time, but that is not entirely certain.
The apartment is located about 10 minutes on foot from Neustadt station, in the direction of Pieschen. There is a lovely green courtyard with table tennis and a basketball court. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the center of the Neustadt.
The apartment is fully furnished and bedding etc. is available. The bed is very comfortable, for that alone it is worth asking € 1000 a month, but I don't want to be like that. The balcony is in an idyllic location facing the inner courtyard and is ideal for sitting relaxed and watching the neighbors on the other side of the courtyard.
In the future, the apartment can also be taken over if there is interest.
To me
During the day I am mostly working and plan to travel for a few days in August. It will also be more of a quiet living for you. Which does not mean that you cannot freely withdraw yourself here. Feel comfortable!

Das Haus befindet sich in der Leipziger Vorstadt, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bhf-Neustadt, die Linie 3 hält dirket vor der Haustür. In 10 Minuten ist man an der Elbe, in 15 am Alaunpark, ist also ganz gut angebunden. Zum Einkaufen gibt es zwei Lidl, der am Bhf hat sogar Sonntag auf.
Ich bin recht umgänglich, habe mittelmäßige Kochkünste und relativ ordentlich. Wie schon gesagt, bin ich tagsüber meist arbeiten. Ich denke, dass ich mit den meisten Menschen gut zu recht komme, zumindest hatte ich noch nie große Probleme in einer WG.
Also kommt vorbei und überzieht Euch selbst.
Die aktuelle Mieterin kann euch dann auch noch eine Einschätzung geben.
