Ich ziehe als einziges Mädel aus einer entspannten Männer-WG am Contertplatz in Löbtau aus und suche ab spätestens 01.01.2011 eine(n) nette(n) Nachmieter(in) für meine drei Mitbewohner!
Mein Zimmer hat ca. 14 m2 und ein Hochbett. Ich würde außerdem das Sofa, ein kleines Tischchen und eine kleine Rollkommode dalassen.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus, hat zwei Bäder, und es ist nicht weit zur Uni. Du solltest einigermaßen englisch können, unser indischer Mitbewohner Sai spricht nämlich noch recht wenig deutsch.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 197 Euro+ 10 Euro Anteil für eine Telefon- und Internet-Flat. Wenn du Lust hast, komm einfach mal abends ab ca. 19 Uhr zur Besichtigung vorbei.
