Hallo. Wir suchen zum 01.09.2011 eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Es erwartet dich ein großes, helles und geräumiges Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Du solltest zw. 20-30 Jahren alt sein und nicht rauchen. Eine komplette Einbauküche inklusive Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden. Gesamtmiete beträgt ca. 230 Euro. Straßenbahnen 6,7,12 sind praktisch gleich vor der Tür (ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß). Der Bus 61 ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Und damit man nicht verhungert, sind auch Kaufland, Netto, Rewe... in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Was dich vielleicht stören könnte? Da es sich um eine Maisonette-Wohnung handelt, hast du zwar den ganzen oberen Bereich für dich, aber keine direkte Tür, "nur" den Treppenaufgang vom Flur. Dafür gibt es eine Vorhangkonstruktion, um die eigene Privatsphäre zu schützen. :) Am Besten du schaust dir das Zimmer ein mal an und überzeugst dich selbst. Bis dann!
