Ich verlasse im Februar Dresden und somit möchte ich auch mein Zimmer abgeben.
Es ist 18m² groß und auf Wunsch, können einige Möbel für lau übernommen werden (Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Bettgestell, Teppich). Die Wohnung selbst ist 120m² groß, sehr geräumig mit 2 Balkonen und einem Wintergarten.
Internetverbindung ist vorhanden, sowie alles andere was man zum Leben braucht, sprich Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle usw...
Ich werde wahrscheinlich am 10. Februar ausziehen, aber es wird sich sicherlich auch eine Möglichkeit finden, das Zimmer schon ab Anfang Februar zu übernehmen!
Wir wohnen in Löbtau, in der Braunsdorfer Straße. Die Straßenbahnlinie 2 ist ca. 200m entfernt und an der Tharandter Straße findest sämtliche Linien (6, 7, 12, 61, 63), die dich schnell in alle Stadtteile Dresdens bringen.
Supermärkte, Bäcker, Drogerin usw. sind auch reichlich vorhanden.
