ab dem 01.08 suche ich eine(n) sympathische(n) Mieter(in) für mein schickes, tolles, helles, großes, hohes Zimmer. Es ist ca. 19 m² groß, hat 2 große Doppelfenster, Laminatboden und 4 weiße Wände :). Möbel werden alle zum Monatsende verschwinden und im Haushalt ist alles soweit vorhanden...wie Waschmaschine...voll ausgestattete Küche...etc... :)
Die WG liegt in einer optimalen Lage, nahe der Löbtauer Passage, wo es nahezu alles gibt, was man zum Überleben braucht (Rewe, DM, Bäcker,Apotheke,...), also weites Tütengeschleppe bleibt dir erspart! :)
Die Verkehrsanbindung sind auch ausgezeichnet, du erreichst alles ohne große Umsteigerei mit Bahn oder Bus (Uni 5 min, Altstadt 10 min, Neustadt 15 min,...)
Die Mädels sind super nett und suchen ein(e) passende(n) Nachfolger(in), sie studieren beide Lehramt und sind natürlich immer gerne für ein Plauderstündchen da. :)
Also nicht lang fackeln! Sondern fix ein paar Worte mailen und auf ein Plausch bei Kaffee & Co vobeischauen. Wir freuen uns auf dich! :)
